Alex finished his coffee quite quickly and the looked over at Jenni, noticing she hadn't even started. "What's up?" he asked her. Jenni looked up at Alex and smiled. "Nothing. I just don't feel like drinking this." She said, pointing at the coffee. Alex rolled his eyes. "You can have some proper drink later. You can't drink that in public." He replied.

Amy went and ordered for her and Ivy. She waited for a while before she carries the two cups back to the table and sat back down, pushing the cup in front of her friend.

"Done," Ivy said, sitting back. She picked up her cup, shoving the book aside, as she blew on it before she took a sip.

Alex stood up and walked around, Jenni wasn't being very talkative. He walked over to Amy's table and slowly passed it, glancing quickly at what they were reading. He smirked at it, thinking about the book. He had read it a few times. He had a lot of spare time on his hands.

Amy looked around the cafe as she sipped her coffe, noticing Alex and his smirk. She glared in his direction before she looked back at Ivy. "Now..we take notes. ...After the coffee."

Alex smiled when she said about the coffee but continued walking around the cafe, mainly near their table.

Amy sighed, "I hate summer reading assignments."

Ivy nodded in agreement, sighing "What can we do? We have a test the first day we get back."

Alex smirked as he overheard them, thinking of offering help. He knew enough about the book to help them.

Amy grumbled. "Tests on the first day back of school is stupid," she said, setting we half finished coffee aside as she picked up her pen and opened her notebook to study what notes she had written down so far.

Alex smirked and glanced at her notes, still thinking of offering help.

Amy opened her book, flipping through the pages. She had highlighted some quotes in the book last bight. She had a look of concentration on her face, adage looked Te the book and jotted down the quote onto the notebook.
