Comet lightened up slightly. "Okay." he said. He watched her for a moment. "Well, I know it would be dumb to ask how your day is going since earily you said I wouldn't leave you alone, but I'll ask anyway. How is your day going so far?" he said to her. He saw Wings grazing not far off from him.

As they were playing, Tamar and Amira didn't even bother to smell the air. Not to far from them, sitting on a rock was a cougar. It licked its lips at them.

Comet could smell the scent of a cougar not far off. He knew the best thing to do was stay in the open so the cougar didn't have to advantage of sneaking up on his herd. "I have had worse days too." he said remembering last spring when he was nearly killed by a band stallion, for coming to close.

The cougar moved closer then pounced. Amira screamed in fear and bolted back toward the others. Tamar chased after her. The cougar chased after them.

Cavalia could smell the cougar. He nudged his herd into the caveand went to find the source of the smell. Eli flew into the cave to keep watch over them.

Ace and the other mares were a little ways off and Ace could smell the cougar she reared and let out a high pitched whinny and galloped a little ways away from the other mares and Comet she didn't know what to do when there was danger.

Comet watched Ace and hated he had to leave Senja for a moment. He ran up to the mare and nudged her to calm her down. "Calm down Ace, it wont come near you while I'm here. I promise." he said to her.
