Help — setting up huion pen display tablet

Hi ppl! This is a question to people who have the Kamvas 13 or just anything huion pen display. I recently bought a Kamvas 13 as it was the cheapest I've ever seen! So I had to get it. At first, I was going to use it with my phone; an IPhone 15, yet there was a message on the tablet saying 'No Signal' so I assumed that was that, I couldn't use it with my phone (Unless I somehow get the driver?? I have no clue).
So the next day I look into getting my laptop fixed; a Lenovo IdeaPad (if i remember correctly,, idk it's been years since i used it) after getting that thing fixed I download the Windows version of the Driver and try setting it up using a USB-C cable, yet that doesn't work. I use the cables that come WITH the Kamvas 13, nothing works. Still showing a 'No Signal' message, I even open pack with a new USB-C cable and that doesn't work. So I'm stumped. I'm not sure if I'm doing anything right, it's my first time actually having a drawing tablet as I always used my IPhone 7s to do my art. I'm hoping someone here on this site can help me, I would be extremely grateful!

If there already is a thread/discussion about something like this or relatively similar, please point me to it otherwise thank you !!

my response may be a bit vague since my Kamvas worked with little issue with my PC so, sorry if it's not helpful >_<
however I don't think the cords are the issue. the fact that a "No signal" screen comes up is good, and proves outlet + cords are functional! I suspect it may be the connection from computer to the tablet itself. the tablet acts as a second monitor, so maybe you want to try searching your computer's settings for other monitor screens. I believe you can also direct the second monitor options through Huion's tablet wizard too c:
once it set up it should automatically connect as that second monitor every time you plug it in unless you change it.

My partner set up my tablet for me cuz there are just way too many cables, but when I asked them they said they got a "no signal" display when they accidentally plugged in the 3 in 1 cable into the wrong port. So, uh, you checked you have everything plugged into the right spot? ^^;

@BlueEyedKite - I've thought about that honestly,, I haven't had the motivation to grab my laptop and tablet from under my bed and re-try setting everything up, also doesn't help that I've been somewhat sick. although I have thought that mayyybbeee I did plug it into the wrong port and I'm just a little dumb o3o

@ぽうひ - I may do that, although I don't think the computer has settings like that but it's been 2 years since I last used my computer.. not sure but ill do some digging !!

im assuming you have a windows 10 due to you saying it has been years since you have used the laptop

you can go to settings and click "system"

then the first option that says "display"

then scroll all the way to the bottom where you can check if your screen is only showing on your laptop and not your tablet - i have mine duplicated but you can choose to extend them or duplicate them or whatnot

guys were getting somewhrere! the driver actually HAS something instead it being blank and saying that there isnt anything connected,, now i just have to figure out the rest

its still saying no signal tho so hmmmmm

edit- so it works but.... theres no screen- like i went on chicken paint and i could draw ON the tablet but theres no screen?? i went into my settings/display/ multiple display to see if i can get it to detect it (its different for me) and it says it cant- so now im confused on a whole new level-
