I have never encountered this problem before but I got locked out of my account "icetea~" because when i went to log on it said because I was logging in from a new device i needed to enter a code sent to my email
- I have logged in from other devices before and never had this happen
- My spouse got me and the family an ipad for the holidays which is the only new device and I was using the ipad since Dec 13th no issues logging on and off
The issue is I created my account in 2011 which is now 15 years ago. I do not remember the email that I used because I was younger and only really used it for CS. I have more adult emails now for work and life. I only made this new email in order to ask for help because there was no way of contacting staff without an email.
IDK if staff has a way to send me the email I used for that account so I can then go deal with the log in.
I have 15 years of art, money spent on pets and $CS, and collections that I will be beyond devastated to never be able to access that again I've been trying not to freak out over it.
I did not know which staff memeber to reach out to i'm sorry if this was not the right way to ask
