(Lol, sorry too, I went swimming)
Madi
I smiled, "Picture books are awesome. Less work." I laughed. "My favorite book is Socks. It's by Beverly Cleary, she wrote those Ramona Quimby books. I had a copy once, but I lost it. I hope they have a copy here. It's my favorite book ever. It's about a cat who was all pampered and stuff, then his owner's wife had a baby and he started to feel neglected. It's a really good read." I noticed that I was gushing.

.:Ali McQue:.
Ali smiled at Daniel giving his hand a little squeeze, she had forgotten how good it felt to smile, to be around people that cared about you. "Is it safe?" she heard Mark's little voice and looked back at the kid "Yes, you can come out." she said, looking over to see Mark's little hands thrown in front of his eyes to try and 'protect' them. He was only a little kid, and Ali was sure she would have done something like that at his age as well. Mark slowly took his hands down from his face sighing in relief. Ali looked back over to Daniel, she hadn't been this happy since... since her twelveth birthday, and after the crash she had never thought she would be this happy. She didn't want to get back to reality, where they were, what they were trying to do, but she finally found the will power to do so "We have to find Mark a teddy bear." she said simply, forcing the memories that came with those words out of her head.

.:Antonio Wing:.
Antonio smiled and started walking off down the hall "I could have sworn I said... never mind." he muttered, he was always slipping up his words. In class he had always had to sit at the back of the room so other students could see, and the fact he didn't talk much wasn't helpful for her presence being known, he could have left school for weeks at a time and no one, not even the teachers would have noticed he was gone. He wasn't really that hungry, he was just trying to give Erica a way to take her mind of... other things.

Odysseus
"Sounds like a good read. I don't remember what it's called but it's about a little stuffed bunny that has no bed, so he askes his stuffed bear friend and they try to make one, but none of them work. Then the bunny falls asleep in the bears missing sock." Odysseus quickly looked around. "If we, uh, find the book you told me about, would you maybe read it to me?"
I've got a glass blown heart. It forgot how to beat.

((Back from my trip, could I have a recap please?))
Starbase Typhon is a roleplay run by me, off site. It is Star Trek based (but not the new movies, as you will see) and it definetly needs people who are willing to be active, write with great grammar, and of course, are semi-literate or above. Format is play by Nova, which involves multi-person posts that are a different way of doing things that here of CS. But it's lots of fun, and we need long term people who will help us complete our missions. As the commanding officer of Typhon, I invite anyone who would like to give it a try to please apply! (Warning that quality of applications is strictly judged. Very strictly judged.) The link is in the image.

((Ok, we'll bring The Master over to talk to him.))
The Master
Decides that the hallway wall is not going to crumble right now, no matter how long he stares at it and walks down to the cafeteria. He walks over to Ezvar, seeing that he was there, thinking if he looked like he was sane, they might let him out of this very stinky place. "Hello." He said confidently, not caring that he looked grumpy.

I smiled. "I would love to. Your book sounds good, too. I'd like to read it if we find one. Maybe, we could- uh, ask Dcotor Smiley if we can't?" I said the last part with a little fear.
Jason
He yelled in frustration as he restarted the game for the fourth time.

Zara shook her head.
"No one's hopeless, James. Here, loosen your grip, let your movements go with your thought. Close your eyes and feel what you are drawing." Zara said, silently and softly guiding his hand over the smooth paper. She let go and let him do it.

Daniel nodded, turning his wheelchair.
"I believe the little girl- what's her name? Amelia? Yes, that's it! The seven year old! I bet she will have one or more she can spare. We just have to get on her good side. So, shall we join little Amelia?" Daniel asked.
(I hope she's still in the roleplay, anyway. DX)
ATTENTION: I might be losing my internet so, so if I disappear unexpectedly for a while, please do not kick me out of any roleplays! I will get caught up as soon as I return. Thank you.

James
He let Zara guide him and didn't even realize it when she let go. He slowly drew the petals of the flower without hesitation and they turned out almost as good as Zara's. He was so shocked when he saw it that he lost his concentration and lifted the pencil without letting it touch the paper again. "No. I couldn't have drawn THAT!" He said in shock looking at the half finished flower. He stopped and told himself that he was ready for whatever Zara was hiding in her other notebook. It had been gnawing at him the whole time. He set the half-finished drawing down in front of him, turned to her, and said calmly, " Zara, I- I don't know how to ask this nicely but... What are you hiding from me? I know you well enough already to know when you don't want to show me something. Please, if it is a personal matter then tell me and I will understand but please don't feel like I won't understand because I will." He hated being so straight-forward but there was no other way really. "I can handle most anything people throw at me. You aren't an exception." He said the last phrase in a loving tone though she could take it any way she wanted. His eyes were pleading with her to understand and not be mad. Something he just couldn't find the right words to voice.

((I am still here, I had to go on a family trip to a place with no internet or cell phone service (both of which I could have used to get on here...) or for that matter even a land line phone! Amelia is waiting outside of Jenny's office.))
