GENERAL
[1] Please credit all of my work to my Toyhouse: bottledsmiles

[2] Payment is to be sent up front before I will start work. If it is a CS trade, I will not accept until the work is complete. The only exception is during Token Events.

[3] I reserve the right to reject any commission or request.

[4] Average turn around time is a week or two, depending on my queue and size of the project. It's usually much faster, but I must allow realistic time for mental fluctuations and life interruption. I will do my best to communicate any delays.

[5] If you would like WIP's, please let me know beforehand! I'm more than happy to give them.

[6] All of my work is for personal use only, please do not sell my artwork or use it to train AI.

[7] You may use my work as your pfp, upload it to Toyhouse, etc as long as proper credit is in place.

[8] I reserve the right to upload my work to my own profiles and portfolios as advertisement. If you would like me not to post your commission or character please let me know beforehand.

[9] USD will always have priority! USD commissioners get placed at the top of the queue and are highly prioritized. These often have the fastest turn around times.

DESIGNS

[1] Once the design exchanges from my paw to yours, it is your design. I will never revoke or attempt to reclaim designs I have sold, traded or given away. As such, I hold no responsibility for what is done with said design.

[2] Please do not use my designs for commercial use or to train AI. These are all for personal use only.

[3] You may transfer the design to any species, including closed ones, without asking me.

[4] Do not 'flip' my designs or sell them for more than you paid.

[5] If uploaded to TH, please credit my username bottledsmiles

How do I get my User ID?
Your user ID is the series of numbers at the end of the URL on your user profile! At the end of the URL it should look like this:
viewprofile&u=8447 ... the numbers in bold are the ID. c:
