A Feather

I don't know if the time is correct because this took a while, believe it or not. By the way, it's a close up on a bird that is flying past, so it's blurry, and a feather is falling down, even though the feather doesn't look like a feather and the feather doesn't suit the bird. It's sort of meant for begginers Oekaki . . .
