Eye mumbled something about the weather, but Quick wasn't able to catch it. Had the other Omni actually complained? Or was it just an off comment that wasn't caught through the whistling winds. Whatever it was, they didn't seem to care to repeat themselves.

While the trio hadn't heard the squeak personally, they certainly had heard the almost short circuiting like buzz Labrathor made when it heard the squeak though. Their attention diverted from the pip, up, to the lantern.

"I wonder who keeps leaving so many of these around? Not that I'm complaining, they are useful..." Lorien commented idly as he pulled the lantern down, intent to add it to the accidental collection they were creating back home with them.

"We don't need that many..." Nivir retorted as he started off again to find something more exciting.

"Nonsense, we'll likely need one each if we go anywhere underground, or if we get split up, there's plenty of reason to keep them when we find them." The blue hued creature petitioned as he handed the lantern off to Aylin, knowing that if he broke it they had spares.

Cloud’s break open as rays of light shine down upon the city, once fierce winds now a gentle breeze as Omni’s take turn to sunbathe and chasing after colorful leaves. Today’s going to be a good day!

Seems the pips are enjoying the beautiful weather...(No Bonuses)

@DoveCaba — As you two travel the little pumpkin pip seems to suddenly float away, curious you follow the it only to find a sleeping omni pup gently snoozing on a pile of discarded clothes! you found an Omni Pup! (Element - Fire) . If you do not want this pup, please respond that you are moving on without adopting it!


@Remmy! — Those poor omni pups never saw Smudge coming. Smudge bursts out of a pile they were digging through as the two pups let out a yelp and run away before he could say anything. One of them seems to have dropped something. You found a Battery Pack! I wonder what can be powered using this...?


@Begreat8970 — Despite the strange…shaking atmosphere the two stop at a pile of junk and begin to dig through. Half way through Melonny sighs and goes to step away when something shiney catches her eye but does not invoke a sense of excitement in her but rather…dread. You found Omni Shards (Dark)! I wonder what happened... who did these belong to?


@Cookie — Deimos tries to reassure Melonny that after they’re through here they can rejoin Crux is enjoying the oddly nice weather but half way through their sentence they feel something hard make noise under their hoof and when they lift it up the same amount of dread fills them as it did Melonny. Another sound of what shouldn’t be thunder…hey, did that mountain just move? You found Omni Shards (Air)! ... Who did these come from?


@doryphoros — A gentle breeze flows through Celestia’s flowing mane as she yanks and pulls and eventually tugs free what looks to be some sort of blue pack and– She stopped as she felt a rumble shake the ground. Her raises as she looks around but spots nothing. What was that? You found a Battery Pack! I wonder what can be powered using this...?


@Ruffblue — As you try to decipher what this strange book is talking about a sudden yelp sounds behinds you as you see Ham being chased around by a small dog– wait no, that’s just a omni! You found a Thunder pip! Oh Look!! They're a little werewolf!


@AxieLove — As you two walk along a strange flower field Ham lets out a gasp before tugging you closer and pointing at– oh my gosh! That’s one big pumpkin! You found a Pumpkin!! Its so cute!

BOSS LOCATION FOUND!

Live & learn was the first to sense it, the omni pup let out a small squeaking noise as it stopped prancing ahead and suddenly ran to what looked to be Quick which was ready to hold the pup only for it to dart past them and go straight to Eye who stood there stiffly as the pup hid behind one of it’s many arms. The cause? A deep, dark cave that awful sounding crunching came from before something pink shined within. You have found the Wasteland Beast's den.

@.muse. — As the trio travel further Labrathor suddenly let out a clicking noise before zooming into a junk pile. They’re was rustling, small sounds before out shot a tiny pip that darted to Nivir with a cry of alarm as Labrathor finally made it’s way out of the pile with a small noise before looking at the hiding pip and giving the group it's best innocent puppy eyes. you found an Ichor pip! It seems really shy!

Dragoness avoids the boss's lair and decides to head deeper into the Smog-filled Wastelands to look for more loot. She recruits Ham to be by her side to help protect her from the dangers of the wild. She hopes to find some sort of light - candles or a lanturn. Such items could be useful in the future to fight off this darkness.

With the location of the beast found, the group would take time to prepare and maybe find a place for the young pup to wait out the battle. It had taken a shining to Eye despite Quick's multiple attempts to dissuade it and no matter how much coaxing Quick did, it was ultimately Eye who had to make the young Omni behave and listen. And... They were surprisingly patient, in an odd way.
