Phoenix Down is NOT my Character he is Blitz's Fursona, steal his design and i will find you.

Er, well blitz, i saw him running on an African Savanna and Here is what i saw ^^. If i missed any markings, please tell me so i can do good in future requests! The timer knows all (im serious). And i actually like how this turned out! So if you have any constructive criticism, please have at it. And like if you like and all the obvious things. :D For Blitz <3
