response: Abhean hadn't slept a wink all night, thinking about Lórien's murder. Alleged murder. Hour after hour, he became more and more convinced that the skilled politician couldn't really be dead, that it had all been staged, a show. He too had once pretended to collapse to the ground, eliciting gasps of astonishment from the audience. But then he had got up immediately, unlike Lórien.

That morning, he needed to take his mind off things, think about something else, and above all, stay away from politics. So he decided he would entertain himself a little by visiting the part of the markets he hadn't had a chance to see yet, the western part. He hoped to pick up some interesting souvenirs, maybe a diary in which to write down the macabre fantasies that came to mind...

He was heading in that direction when a dark alley caught his attention. Abhean leaned slightly inside, wondering if it was wise to go in. The answer was a resounding ‘no’. So he went in. He thought back for a moment to the diabolical creatures, the constructs, that the kind tapestry vendor in the east market had mentioned, and hoped with all his heart that there was one in there. And that it was dangerous, oh! This would be the distraction he needed! And what a great story that would make!

Themis goes over his notes once again and decides to visit two places he hadn’t visited yet that caught his attention. The murmurs about the fountain’s power made him realize in fact he must go examine what has to be the number one motive. The alley way also interests him as he heard about a fellow he eavesdropped on at the garden showing up there before the events transpired.
