giveaway question

hello!! sorry if this isn't the appropriate place to ask this or if the answer should be obvious but─
i want to host a giveaway soon? for context, its gonna be for my birthday/end on my birthday, and i was planning on doing two prizes; one would be for a random entry, but i kind of wanted part of the entry process to be dressing up a pet like theyre gonna attend a birthday party, and i was going to do a secondary prize where i picked my favorite of those. i'd like to host these in the same thread, but since the latter involves making a dressup/doing something to enter the giveaway, i'm not sure if it can go in the free adoptions board or if something like this should go in the competitions board or if there is a third place i haven't thought of (or if i in fact should not include these in the same thread at all.)

Because it involves effort, it would go in the competitions board!
