To participate in any raffles/litters/events, you must have your own library, even if you don't own anything yet. So, please make sure to make your own before you participate in anything.

Users are allowed to edit their libraries as much as they want as long as they still have everything in order, up to date, and have the correct credits/information that the basic form has.
