Tayenta's head shot up from tending the male wolf. She had heard something....and scented...death! She quickly dashed out of the den, spreading her wings and taking to the skies. She followed Riko and soared along, her heart thumping in fear. What had happened?

Jhaiz dimly watched the she-wolf leave, but was too in pain to listen to the cry. He shivered and groaned. His wrapped wing still hurt, but the she-wolf's healing had helped.

Myra heard wings abover her. She didnt care to look up. Her pup was only a few weeks old! Why Kara? Why now?

Shadow's heart lerched as she heard what was going on in the distance. Just a few moments ago, an injured wol was brought intocamp and she was on her way over to see him, talk to him. She whipped her head to Zodiac and raced out of camp, locating the sounds of wolves nearby.

Tayenta glided downwards, spotting the wolf and pup in the forest. She gently landed, pattering over to Myra and Kara. "Oh no." She whispered to herself, halting near the two. She stared sadly at Kara's limp form.

Shadow followed Tayenta through the canopy and landed graceully, pelting up to Kara and Myra. As soon as she saw Kara, she let out a calm, but mournful howl into the lands of her terrtiroy. As she finished. She touched the end feathers of her wing to Myra's shoulder to comfort her

Riko skid to a stop, she frowned and a single tear rolled down her cheek. She looked at the sky and howled an erie, sorrowful howl.

Riko nudged Zodiac, trying to comfort him.

Riko nudged him again, " Come on! Kara wouldn't want us to cry, she'd kill us of we did!"

Riko growled slightly and raced up after him. " Come on! if she was still alive, she'd hate it if we cried over her! she's in happy place!"

Riko was sent flying backwards, she snarled at him, baring her tweety, she flew away, as far way from the pack as she could get.v
