I have too many horses from the jousting part of the event. Soo....
- Both users who do the approved art for 3 or 4 cats, also gets 1 Jousting Horse of their choice
- Each user that eind a raffle, also wins a randomly selected jousting horse (or if any are on your WL is a higher chance to get what u eant)
