This thread is for Staff to use to log their rewards earned monthly or through special events. Please do not post in this thread unless you are a Keepsies staff member.

[Flummoxing]

This information is available to all Staff in the Staff Rules channel of the Discord as well. If you have any questions or feedback, please contact an Admin. Reward amounts or stipulations may be subject to change.

Staff MYOs

★ All staff are rewarded 1 Staff MYO per month regardless of activity.

★ Artists and Guest Artists will be rewarded 1 additional MYO for creating at least 15 unique Keepsies in a month.

★ Trove Tenders will be rewarded 1 additional MYO for contributing to Treasure Trove results during the month.

★ Item Artists will be rewarded 1 additional MYO for creating at least 5 unique wearable or useable items in a month.

★ Item artists will receive any of the approved items they create as a staff reward in return for their work.

★ All Staff are allowed to claim items from Special Events if they were active and helpful during that time period.

★ Admins, Archivists and Mods may be gifted 1 additional MYO per month as a reward for reaching certain milestones (helping with a big event, de-escalating a situation successfully, being an excellent helper).

Starbit Rewards

★ All Staff are rewarded 300 per month as an allowance, regardless of activity.

★ Artists receive an additional 50 per 3 Keepsies made.

★ Item artists receive an additional 25 per small item made, and 50 per large item made.

★ Trove Tenders are rewarded 10 per every Trove result that they post.

★ Staff are expected to keep track of their own rewards, and link back to their posts here as proof when updating their Co-Op Archives.

★ Rewards are only considered “redeemed” once they have been formally submitted and accepted.

★ If a reward is transferred to another user, the original staff member is responsible for ensuring it is properly logged first.

★ Staff must use the Trading Forum when exchanging rewards, and link to their respective post here for proof.

★ Staff are expected to communicate with Archivists effectively to ensure rewards are logged accurately and our archives are up-to-date.

★ MYOs must abide by all of the Artist Rules (posted for staff pinned in the #artist-chat channel in the Discord).

★ MYO slots cannot be gifted or traded to non-staff, but staff may gift or trade their MYOs to other Staff members.

★ Staff MYOs stack! You can have as many as you want, so long as you've earned them.

★ Staff may use their MYO slots as a form of “currency” amongst other staff. For example: if I want a Keepsie from Puffy, I can offer one of my MYO slots in exchange, which Puffy may then keep and use to create their own Keepsie later.

★ Staff are not required to use a MYO slot if there is clear proof that a custom or Keepsie was obtained through other means- such as paying for it directly, or trading something else fairly in exchange. So, If you already paid or traded fairly, no need to “spend” a MYO on top of that.

★ Keepsies created from staff MYO slots may be traded or gifted to other users. However, the slot itself is still considered used once the Keepsie is made- so choose carefully how you spend them!

★ Guest Staff must use or redeem any earned rewards before their GA term ends. Unused rewards will expire at the end of the term if the artist is not kept on as permanent staff.

★ Guest Staff on hiatus may request an extension on expiring rewards by contacting an Admin before their term ends.

★ Any Keepsies staff member removed due to rule violations or misconduct will forfeit any unclaimed rewards and will not be permitted to use, trade, gift, or redeem them.

★ Staff rewards may be withheld at staff discretion if a team member attempts to redeem or offload all earned rewards immediately before resigning in bad faith.

Staff Claim Forms

★ Forms must be filled out correctly. Please double-check your form for accuracy before posting.

★ Please also link any posts you make here in the #archive channel of the Discord for tracking purposes.

★ Staff may submit multiple forms in one post, so long as they are legible and each form is clearly separated from the last.

★ Please do not edit old posts to add additional forms or information- you should only edit to correct small errors shortly after the post was made. Otherwise, just make a new post to avoid confusion amongst our archivists.

★ Please add up your starbits yourself and show your math when redeeming Starbits.
(Example: "3 Keepsies made, 50 per Keepsie, 50 + 50 + 50 = 150!")

★ When redeeming items, please list the names of the items you are claiming along with what amount of each. Linking the image of the item also helps.
(Example: "x1 spiked collar, x1 hat")

★ If you are not an item artist, claiming items from events will require permission and approval from an Admin, please provide proof that permission was given in your post.
