Vincent's crimson eyes widened when she said the words "Panic attack." He felt terrible, for not doing anything to help. When she buried her face in his shirt again, he gently placed one of his hands behind her head, and tried to comfort her. He put his other hand on her back, and hugged her tightly. He asked solemnly "Why do you keep saying that? I should be the on to apologize." He gently rubbed her head. He looked over at Entei, who's face seemed one of guilt. "i should be apologizing to you too." He paused for a moment, and shut his eyes. "I'm sorry." He reopened his eyes, which still gazed endlessly. He let out a long breath, and then epeated. "I'm sorry for making you guys go through all of that." He stopped. He thought to himself It won't happen again. He sighed. No more talking about his memories. No more comforting. No more learning more about Atome. Those things seemed to trigger the flashbacks. He could always comfort Atome with her problems though, and he decided that was good enough.

Entei walked forward a bit, and nodded towards Vincent. Forgiveness was one step ahead.

Atome suddenly realized how close they were, and pushed away from him with a little yelp. "I'm sorry..." She mumbled, taking a few steps away. She put her hands behind her back and rocked back on her heels nervously, her eyes still on the ground. "I suppose we should get going now." She paused. "I saw Raoul before, would you know where her went?" She looked around. "I would rather not walk but if he's no where near us then I'll have to." She fiddled with a pokeball at her waist.

Vincent shook his head and stuttered slightly. "N-no, it's fine." Vincent looked down, at his feet. "Yeah, we should." Vincent looked up, and shook his head. "I haven't seen him." Vincent looked over at Entei, almost asking with his gaze Have you seen him?

Entei took a few steps forward and bellowed "I think I saw him head back in the direction from which we came." He paused, and looked down at Atome. "No need to walk, you can always have a ride." He gestured at his back, almost inviting her to get on.

Atome looked at the only pokeball on her belt thoughtfully. "I guess I could." She moved closer to Entei, her eyes searching for a way to get on his back. Raoul she had a bond with so it was easy just climbing on his back, where as Entei she wasn't so sure with. "So which town are we heading to?" She rubbed the dried blood away from her skin, and finally looked at how many cuts she had. She winced as she finished counting. She was going to need a bath when they got to the next pokecenter.

Entei almost forgot that Atome wasn't used to getting on his back. He crouched low enough so that she could get on. He knew that Vincent was just waiting for Atome to get on, so he could get on afterwards.

Vincent shrugged and said "I'm really not too sure where we are right ow in the first place."

Atome gently grabbed Entei's fur, hauling herself up onto his back. She shifted on his back, trying to not put too much weight on him. It's not that she wasn't used to this sorta thing, she rode on Blazes back all the time before she met Raoul. It was just that she didn't know Entei for long, so she was going to be nervous. She leaned over to talk to Entei. "Maybe you know where the next town is? I need a bath." She rubbed her hand over a gash on her leg and a hiss of pain escaped her.

Entei stood up after Atome got on him, and looked up at her, his masked face almost seemed to hide his true intentions. He huffed slightly and said "I guess we'll just have to find out." He began running towards a random direction.

As Entei began running, Vincent grabbed onto his fur, and swung himself over, seating himself behind Atome. He felt the heavy thumps of Entei's paws through the sprinting, and could tell his paws were sore, as he was being more cautious then normal. He would have to use a potion, or get another first aid kit after wen they reached town.

Atome held on to Entei's fur tightly, watching the scenery fly by. She could tell Entei's paws were bothering him, and she winced. That was her fault, too. She sighed and dropped her head to look down, thinking to herself. They continued until the line of buildings came into view, and she sighed again. When we get to town, I'll make an excuse to go off on my own. She thought. I can't keep hurting these two. I'll find Raoul and leave tonight, either on Blaze or Raoul. In her mind she knew it made sense, but she really didn't want to do this. She liked them both, and Vincent was her first human friend. She hunched her shoulders miserably.

Entei stopped in front of the pokemon center the moment they reached the town. He crouched to let Atome and Vincent off. Vincent hopped off, and held out a hand to help Atome. The edge of his lips twitched slightly, almost a smile. He could have sworn he saw Atome looking, well, sadder than usual. He awaited Atome to take his hand patiently, and his gaze still seemed deep.

Atome took Vincent's offered hand and slide down to the ground. She pulled her hand away gently, and smiled sadly at him, her eyes a deep green from her current mood. "I'm going to..uh go see if they have a hot spring." She knew the pokecenter would, but she hurried inside and up to the counter. She gave them her pokemon and the nurse smiled at her. "The bath is down the right hallway, and through the second door on the right. Will you be coming to the festivities tonight?" Atome thought for a second. This would push her plans around a bit, but she needed some lightening up. "Sure." She spoke softly. The nurse looked her over. "Well, you can't go like that. I have a kimono you can use tonight, and I will mend your clothes for you miss." Atome opened her mouth to decline the offer, but the nurse just waved her hand in front of her face as if to brush off her coming protest. "Don't worry, I'll take care of everything!" With that the nurse happily hurried off to get the kimono. Atome sighed and shook her head, smiling slightly.
