My idea is...
First thing's first, we want to be humane! While the cyber bugs may be pests, they don't realize they're doing anything wrong!
So here's the plan:
Step One
Find an embling who's proficient at coding. Whether it's an IT embling or simply one who codes in their free time, they just need to be able to do some coding.
Step Two
What you want to do now is beat them at their own game. The coding embling needs to integrate their own coding into the garden as seamlessly as possible, to give the illusion that it's simply a result of the infestation.
Specifically, you want to integrate pop-up advertisements. Not for the emblings, but for the bugs themselves. Something like "congratulations, you've won! Click here to receive 1 TB of RAM!" The little guys will surely fall for the opportunity to improve themselves! Now, when they "click here," the advertisement should include instructions to go to a secure location and to wait for a professional to install the extra RAM.
Step Three
Of course, there is no extra RAM. Instead, you're luring the little buggies into a trap. It's disguised as a waiting room, but once they're inside, there's no leaving unless someone lets them out. Once all the buggies are trapped, you'll need your coding embling again.
Step Four
Of course, as mentioned before, there is no RAM. However, if the buggies haven't figured out they've been trapped yet (which they shouldn't, if its designed well enough!), now is the time to pretend to install it. Instead, what you'll actually be doing is running specs and looking into the make-up of the little bugs themselves. Even better would be to save a copy of the data for future reference. Of course, if you're worried they might notice, you can always spoof their specs to show that they have 1 TB of RAM. Sure, it's a lie, but it'll make them happy, remove suspicion, and it's not like the little guys ever do anything that needs that much RAM anyways.
Step Five
Now that you've thoroughly tricked the little guys, it's time to bring the plan to a close. Take the buggies and relocate them to a new location. If necessary, make a decoy garden for them to live in! This is where the info you saved comes in. Getting rid of the buggies is good, but you want to ensure they stay gone! Bring back your coding embling and reference the data from the bugs. Use this in order to create a code for the garden that specifically keeps those little guys out!
