𝚜𝚊𝚕𝚝 𝚠𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚛: 𝚜𝚠𝚎𝚊𝚝, 𝚝𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚜, 𝚘𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚜𝚎𝚊

reefclan are cats of the sea. they thrive in salted waters and live near a pool of salt water that
fills up with water during hide tides and rough storms. they spend their days lounging in the sun
on the warm sand and swimming when the heat is overbearing. reefclan cats are shy and tend to
stick to themselves and are especially avoidant of conflict. they may be a bit different than that
of clans they've heard about, but they're no strangers to being odd and don't mind it one bit.

𝚁𝙰𝙽𝙺𝚂
leader: instead of ending with the traditional -star, reefclan's leaders end with -shell.

delegate: in place of a deputy, reefclan has a delegate. this cat is in charge of all of
the clans outside relations and politics. occasionally, the delegate will take on an
apprentice who will learn the ways of delegation while also training to be a warrior.

medicine cat: the clan's spiritual guide and healer.

dusk warriors: these warriors are nocturnal and stay awake at night, hunting and
patrolling starting at dusk and ending at dawn.
dawn warriors: these warriors are diurnal and stay awake during the day, hunting
and patrolling starting at dawn and ending at dusk.

apprentices: the young cats that will become a dawn warriors are affectionately
called sparks, while apprentices who will become a dusk warrior are called embers.
however, they all have the ending suffix of -paw.

queens: a temporary rank given to she-cats who have kits. however, some she-cats
may choose to become a broodmother and remain in the nursery permanently.

kits: any cat under 6 moons, who are evaluated from birth if they should become
a dusk or dawn apprentice.

elders: any cat too old or weak to perform warrior duties
