Welcome to the Genesis Archives! This is where everything will be tracked or rewarded - level ups, trades, gifts, edits, etc! Please look at the below forms and see which one you need!

This thread is purely so the archivists know what needs to be changed on the document. If anything is wrong on the archive, please contact an archivist, listed on the staff page here! Read the below information prior to filling out any of the forms.

Please DO NOT modify these codes in anyway. Our archivists MUST be able to search for this information easily. This includes changing the size of the text, using list columns, and removing/modifying the title of your post. Thank you!

• When leveling up, please state which tasks you have chosen to complete and either include the text in the post itself, or link to where it can be found. Level Up Tasks are found in the post directly below this one.
• Whenever trading cats, please visit the Trading Rules page and ensure ALL rules are being followed. Trades that breach said rules will not be documented; instead, each party will be contacted letting you know the trade is not official.
• In the event a trade involves art, you must link the art on the form. If the art is not linked, we cannot protect you in the event someone does not hold up their end of the bargain.
• Only fill out the "Using Items" forms for customs + edits; filling it out for MYOs and nursery batches is not necessary!

Each level has 5 prompts for you to choose from, and you must submit at least 3 of these in order to level up. You are more than welcome to slightly modify them to fit your clan's lore and ranks - however, the general prompt must still be answered meeting all criteria and requirements. If you complete all 5 of the prompts in a level, you will receive an additional reward!

Complete all 50 of the prompts from Level 1 to Level 10 to receive a big reward!

If you have any questions about the Level Up prompts, please reach out to an archivist! Please note that all writing and art MUST be your own until Level 11 and beyond. After that, commissioning art or writing is completely fine as long as it meets the requirements!

Levels currently only go up to 5 - however, we are working on prompts for 6 and beyond!

LEVEL ONE: Reward - 2 Seeds, 1 Red Mushroom // Bonus Reward: Randomly Rolled Item

• Decide the name of your clan & write about why this name is fitting. [100 word minimum]
  
• Write about or draw the territory your clan resides in. [200 word minimum or flatcolor scene]
• Write about your starter [or first cat's] backstory. [200 word minimum]
• Why did your starter decide to found this clan? If your starter didn't found it, tell us about the cat who did. [200 word minimum]
• How does your leader grow the clan early on? [100 word minimum]

LEVEL TWO: Reward - 4 Seeds, x1 Brown Feather // Bonus Reward: Red Flower

• Write about your deputy [or rank equivalent]'s backstory. [200 word minimum]
  
• What is your clan's rank hierarchy like? What does each role do, which is the highest rank, lowest rank, etc? [200 word minimum]
• Describe or draw what your clan's camp looks like. [200 word minimum]
• Write or draw your deputy [or rank equivalent's] promotion ceremony. If they didn't have a ceremony, why did the leader choose them for this position? [200 word minimum or 2 shaded headshots minimum]
• Does your clan believe in Starclan or another higher power? If so, what? If not, why not? [200 word minimum]

LEVEL THREE: Reward - 6 Seeds, x1 White Mushroom // Bonus Reward: Randomly Rolled Item

• Write or draw the interaction between your leader and first member meeting. [200 word minimum or 2 shaded headshots]
  
• How does your clan address outsiders? Such as cats from rival clans, loners, or rogues? [100 word minimum]
• Write or draw the first time your clan experienced hardship under your current leader. [250 word minimum or 1 flat color halfbody with background].
• What is the most important tradition to your clan? If your clan doesn't have traditions, write about why your leader doesn't host/encourage traditions. [150 word minimum]
• Write about the relationship between your leader and deputy [or rank equivalent]. [150 word minimum]

LEVEL FOUR: Reward - 8 Seeds, Red Feather // Bonus Reward: Sprout

• Write or draw about where your clan gets their fresh water from. Do they have access to this? [200 word minimum, or lined flatcolor scene]
  
• Write or draw the types of prey that live in your clans territory. [200 word minimum, or 3 clean colored sketches]
• Write or draw about the predators or other threats your clan faces. [200 word minimum, or 3 clean colored sketches]
• Write or draw a scene of two of your cats hunting. [200 word minimum or 2 clean colored sketches]
• Is your territory prone to any natural disasters? If not, are there any seasons in particular the clan finds challenging? [200 word minimum, or lined flatcolor scene]

LEVEL FIVE: Reward - 10 Seeds, Blue Mushroom // Bonus Reward: Clover

• Are there any landmarks throughout your clan's territory? Do they symbolize anything? If your clan doesn't have any notable landmarks, how do they know where they are? [200 word minimum or 1 flatcolor scene of a landmark].
  
• Write about the types of herbs/medicine present in your clan's territory. Are there any unique, made up ones? What are their purposes? [200 word minimum]
• Write about your clan's camp taking damage - either from weather or a battle. How does the clan go about repairing it? [300 word minimum]
• Write about a time one of your cats accidentally brought back a poisonous herb or foul prey to the clan - how did they recover from this situation? [250 word minimum]
• Write about the types of illnesses or hazards present in your clan's territory [i.e. cliffs, flooding, radiation, etc]. How does this affect clan life - has your clan developed ways to avoid/treat these things? [300 word minimum]
