I originally wanted to make a shark themed one but saw a differ user did that so I decided to try and make a pretty fish kind
This embling is supposed to be like a gummy, I thought about those blue gummy sharks while making it
I love doing Xiangyun clouds and wanted to do one for a standard
I've been wanting to make a carousel type design in a UMA for a while now so decided to give it a shot for my application!

Position seeking: Mod

Please tell me about any relevant experience you have moderating. If you have none, then tell me about a time you exhibited good moderation skills. I've had some moderating skills in the real world as team captain for a hydrogen car team. I am still currently the team captain and race manager who has been overseeing not only the team's cars requirements but also my team of 5 (including myself) to make sure we aren't disqualified for the race (behavior, driving, correct protocol when retreiving the car.) Although I haven't had a moderating position online, I have never been banned from any games/website for misconduct and would be honored to apply my team moderating skills online as well.

Have you ever been canceled, banned, asked to step down, or otherwise received any disciplinary actions due to your behavior in a community? If so, what happened? Once again, nope! I'm naturally a very calm person and use damn and hell usually at most. One achievement (for those who know) is that I play a god awful game called league of legends and I've never gotten chat restricted nor banned.

Two users are in a heated disagreement in the discord. User A is upset because User B did not accept their trade proposal, and is vaugeing them publically. User B finds out, and confronts them. The argument is charged and is moving fast. How do you handle this situation? I would first make a vague but pointed message like, "Just a reminder: no one is obligated to accept a trade offer," that still applies to every user. If the people keep arguing, I will post the specific rules that pertain to not harassing or guilt-tripping other individuals. If that doesn't work, then I would privately message them to stop; otherwise, disciplinary action will be taken.

User A is confused about a rule listed on the main page and reaches out to you for help. After reading the rule, you realize that the clarity is a bit messy and that you don't quite understand it either. How do you handle this encounter? I would then message User A that the rule is unclear to me as well and that I'll ask a more relevant/knowledgeable person (owner/rule maker). I would then let the necessary person know that their rule is unclear and to please clarify is User A's request is within the rules. Once I receive the answer I would let user A let them know if their request is within the boundaries. I would then message back the other staff member and let them know to either reword the rule or post examples on what is exceptable.

This was based off of an image of a flower field with a Stormy sky, I really like how the clouds came out!!

I wanted to try my hand at multiple limbs for this one as I love the odd and weirder creatures, and ended up making this little guy!! I imagine they hide in clouds and create thunder to scare people heeho
