By c$ worth their side is 239-284 C$ due to the number of older euc pets, but the value can fluctuate, both of you could ask for another opinion
Your side is 70-80c$, but the demand for the rat is high due to it being a store pet

I'd say maybe your side add 1-2 older rares to make it fair? ^^
