I think I’d support them being a closed species more if they had options for more traits? Reason I say this is I’ve seen various alien cats on TH (including with planet themed tails and tail ends) that look similar to this and aren’t closed species, So if the species had more traits options I think they’d be more unique? c: /gen

this is a very good point! the way i see it, their defining "customizable" trait is their collar tags and the ends of their tails. i'm hoping they won't stick too much to the space theme, with the only real guideline being that the tail end is *usually* a round shape. with them having the lore of what the parts are and what they do, i hoped it'd help them be more unique. i'd be open to suggestions of things to add though!! but i'd love to keep them open to customizing quite a bit <3
