Nyx & Spider・??? ・ Witch & cat familiar・Mansion Owner・location/tags: front sitting room/Jessel
Nyx sat the teacup she had been holding back on its plate in her other hand, manually setting it down as the teapot and remaining stacks of dishes seemed to shuffle out of the way on their own accord. The very same invisible force had plucked books from their cases, fluttering pages and rearranging some, replacing others. Was it the witch’s magic? Or a bored poltergeist? Nyx clearly wasn’t reading anything, but the magic didn’t harness the chaotic tossing around that an upset ghost would have caused.
Hearing the clicks of paws, and then gentle thud of footsteps on the waxed wooden floors, Nyx’s eyes shifted to catch their cause. The dog woman she had invited in not too long prior was followed by a dog and cat, both of which caught the eager eyes of her familiar. Spider, keeping his post on the railing, was stretching his neck to see the other animals out of curiosity. He had expected some of the more furred variety, what with the guests themselves and the companions one might bring. The other cat was approaching him now.
Spider carefully slid one arm down the edge of the vertical wooden bar before hopping down in his entirety and carefully stretching to touch noses with this new animal. It was good to know who he would have to share his house with now, plus he was curious. After greeting the Japanese Bobtail, his own tail raised in greeting and he shot a wary glance to the dog.
Nyx gave a polite incline of her head before smoothing out her dress, standing up, and waving the now-floating tray of tea towards Jessel. “Hello yourself, and welcome to my house. I do hope you recognize me from the invitation, even if I am not wearing my usual hat. Wide brims aren’t the friendliest when it comes to arm chairs.” She commented with a mischievous smile. “Would you like a glass of tea? And have you gotten yourself- and your companions- settled?” The witch inquired, heels clicking upon her approach and holding a hand out to shake the other’s. “Dear, I don’t believe we’ve officially met yet. Most call me Nyx, and you are..?”

Estelle・??? ・ Vampire・Mansion Visitor・location/tags: upstairs guest room/ Gilbert, Lucia
The vampire had heard some other muffled sounds of things being carried and set down, moving all about the rooms around them. Some of the other residents were quite punctual as well, apparently. It was easier to hear everything moving around as she had laid and done nothing for that moment. She had felt some eyes pinned on her from somewhere out the door before though, and at the knock of her door she wondered if whoever they belonged to were finally making an appearance.
Going back to the doorway, Estelle glanced curiously towards the woman with cat-like features. “Oh, hi there. Are you also one of Nyx’s guests?” She asked lightly, doing a quick glance over the other. Certainly no kind of werecat, but the ears and tail certainly pointed to some sort of feline. Her outfit also didn’t point towards working there, although in her defense, Estelle was only aware of the invisible ghosts and gargoyles that worked for the mansion. She doubted that the Nyx she knew would be too overbearing as far as uniforms went. Still, the noise from before had quieted, so this woman probably just moved in nearby. “Hm, a neighbor?” Estelle tried, then suddenly remembered the ruckus she had made before. “Oh… sorry if the trunk fiasco woke you up or something. I was just a bit annoyed at my brother.” The girl said with a grin and point next door. “I’m a bit sick of cleaning up after his messes. Siblings, am I right?” She added with a snicker.
Estelle’s blue eyes moved to catch someone moving behind the other, a winged figure also sporting cat ears, but they had walked away before she could really ask anything.

Gilbert・??? ・ Vampire・Mansion Visitor・location/tags: upstairs guest room/ Estelle, Tero
Gilbert turned his head quizzically as he heard the faint sound of someone sniffing, thinking that it was maybe the wind, and continued outside a few steps as he made sure to stay in the house’s shadow. Although he could not see the sun directly, the vampire did enjoy watching the twilight sky to start his day. As he turned to see the flood of colors, however, he noticed someone with wings bringing out yes Another lemur. “Wow, a red lemur! I haven’t seen one of those before.” The blond flashed his pointed fangs in a smile towards the cute new arrival, although quickly wore a look of surprise when the animal leapt off after Pepper.
“Maybe she could use a friend..?” Gilbert pondered, lifting a hand to his chin in thought. He watched a little long when the raccoon bristled, then sniffed the red panda and calmed down a little. She chittered a bit, as if telling the other off for spooking her, before heading on her way into the forest.
“Anyways..!” The vampire stated with an awkward chuckle. “They’ll probably keep an eye on each other. Have you traveled very far? There appear to be lots of lemurs on this area.” He chatted and nodded sagely at his apparent finding.

Nikolav・27・ Werewolf・Mansion Visitor・location/tags: Outside the front of the mansion/ Silvanus Theo
Nikolav gripped the paper invitation as he now opened his door, instinctually inhaling air to tell him about the place. He would ordinarily try to stop these habits in public, but with what a weird place this was, he wasn’t about to let any detail slip. Including the slight shift of a stone gargoyle to scratch its shoulder, apparently. The man’s eyes widened in shock, bringing a confused expression to his face. Maybe he had seen too many trees on his way there and was losing it. Niko reread the invitation yet again, scratching the back of his neck in thought.
This was when another car came around the bend and the light blond stepped out of the way, looking into the driver’s seat. Another person might be good to talk to before he knocked or went in, and especially with his confused expression, hopefully Niko wouldn’t be seen as some kind of weirdo. Whatever he was going to ask the other guy that got out of the car was forgotten, however, when he smelled a familiar scent and stiffened, feeling like his hackles would rise although he was currently a human. The growl he heard certainly didn’t sound anymore human than himself, and although it was nice to meet another werewolf, Niko couldn’t help but think of the one that had bitten him. Silvanus really didn’t seem that familiar though, so he calmed down a little and played off the scare by shutting his car door. “Hey now, no need for that.” Niko assured him, not mentioning the growl itself in case the other thought of it as a threat. “I… I’m a bit new here.” He admitted, glancing to the side with an uncomfortable frown. “Do you… happen to know this ‘Nyx’ person..?”
