after 13 years of on and off collecting these dogs i finally hit 100 and marked as complete ;_;
got 3 more in this category to go.. one is very close and just requires some BWs from the internet event so that'll probably be done before anything
i don't actively trade for these because i've been hoarding them for sooo long but i just got my final one today and realized. now we celebrate



in other news, the easter caterpillars might be my fastest hoard completed to date hahah i think i got 20/20 within not even 24 hours of their release. i love these Things
i usually go for just 20 of a given hoard nowadays because i like having a page of them but i don't think it's necessary to just infinitely collect them or get hundreds.. maybe for something like my favorite BW designs i'll go for hundreds but i have at least 150 hoards at this point and other goals to focus on with trading so infinite hoards have been out of mind for a very long time

I have to do a mini-hoard of the Pysanky dragons. It really is a beautiful art, and I've been hoping to get a litter based on it for ages.

Now all I need would be GUPPS of the different colors during Advent!

i would LOVE GUPPS of these guys! I was a lil sad they were all pps, even though i prefer the pps lines. lol i wanted to see t he designs BIG.

i finally got around to starting a thread compiling all my hoards so people i trade bulk with can tell what's a hoard and what's just a missed outcome i only need one of, and just the list of the current open and named ones (not even the hoards that don't have a group name yet!) is. well...

...this is gonna take a while, rip me. 55 open hoards plus probably another half of that in my sorting group while i figure out good (or at least Decent Enough Placeholder) names for their group to be called 😭

I feel you. I too have a hoard topic (not up to date atm...) detailing my current hoards (doesn't include unnamed ones...) and those I've finished.

There are...SO MANY...I need to work on actively trading for my hoards again, and purging anything I don't like anymore for more fodder.

I wish you the best! I have a thread set up though it is terribly out of date... it is very satisfying, though, to finally go through and sort everything out and name it all, too.

I have to say I was SO SORELY TEMPTED by the soot bunnies this year, but I only had enough for like 4 with the token types I had, and the black ones were trading like they were made of gold lol.

I did end up going for a one-page group of the bilby (the free adopt edited bunnies)... though I admit it's because at first I thought they were supposed to be Australian possums with bunny ears (whoops 🥲). still love the design though so I did a 10&10 with the grey and albino variations. kinda upset I can't use the Possumbilities name for their group anymore, but hopefully we get more marsupials again in the future ^^

Australian here, I tried to look up some fun Bilby sayings, as Bilby's live in burrows I was trying to think of something fun but couldn't think of anything. I did discover that September 14th is National Bilby Day, something I didn't know.

I added to my Dandelion lions hoard, I'm out of tokens though now as I save at least 2 of each token.
