I'm kind of sad that there's only one cat but it's so pretty I can't complain ^^ Blue and green and blue and green @u@ and white. Can't forget that white that helps lull it from neon-ness <3 The blanket's pattern is interesting, and yes from what I know they usually don't mean much buuut~ Can hope, can't I? :'D

I love the warm colours on this one. It makes me thinks of rugs or some kind of blanket or something like nixdragon said. Like when you curl up in your room on a winter night under the blankets and read a book~ Or that's my imagination running off again >__>;;

I...Wasn't aware that anything was said about not mixing 08s in a second-gen parring? o-o; I don't often pay attention to rarities, especially when designing, and for that matter I don't trade much- I'm sorry if these have created problems for anyone!
They were done as sort of a challenge, and mostly for fun. Someone had suggested they'd look good together, and a few other people jumped in to agree, myself among them. I had to try it, even if they were so similar in colour and design; I don't really know if they're... The best they could have been, but I tried to keep them from being boring.

Sel, you shouldn't have to apologize. There really isn't a "rule" about no breeding 08's, and Tess obviously approved it if it became an adoptable. You were just doing your job and making awesome pets that you thought people would like. Well, the people that feel pressured to get their parents now can deal with it. There's nothing that says you have to get the parents if you have the children. Besides, I'm sure people will probably be more willing to trade the parents now because they'll be in demand (I believe so) and it moves the demand around.

Anyway, you shouldn't feel bad about it. You made an amazing litter, and you shouldn't let a few people bring you down about it. I love the litter and I'm excited for the way it will look. :3

I sincerely don't know what the fuss is about there being 08's being bred... I obviously did not read the thread very well. o.o; However, I see nothing wrong with this couple in the slightest, I was actually thrilled to see the older dogs having pups. <3 It isn't the first time Very Rare 08's have had pups anyways, these guys had a litter of their own after all:





I do not recall complaining when those were released, so I do not see why this time should be any different. I just see them as a stunning gray 2nd gen litter, rarities of parents are of no consequence to how lovely their pups look. <3

I could care less about the fact that the parents of the 2nd gens are 08 VRs, in fact I was glad to see 08's being paired again. It's a beautiful litter and I doubt you'll dissapoint, Selcouth. Just because some people are upset becaues they think it's an absolute must that they have to have the parents of the 2nd gen litters doesn't mean you did anything wrong and need to apologize. I personally love the pair and can't wait to see the adults <3

Okay, I feel like I have to step back in, since 20 pages later this is still being brought up, and I feel barbs sinking in...

Selcouth, you already know how I feel about you're being a wonderful artist, and how thankful I am you've taken the time to make us your art and pairings such as these, as I've talked to you in private. So my apologies to you, again...I never meant to make you feel badly.

To Tess, my apologies to you about how I phrased what I mentioned. No, you didn't 'betray' anyone...that was spoken at first moment, and I sincerely didn't mean to offend you, if I did. You do a brilliant job running this website and giving us all a positive place to interact.

To the rest of you, please, accept this and end it. I normally am 100% positive in these forums, and preach the same. I rarely talk on the forums any longer because it usually is too painful in real life to type more than a few sentences, but now I feel I must. But I try to be positive, uplifting, and just had a bad reaction to what I felt was a promise. No, no one is holding a 'gun to my head', it's my prerogative to decide what I collect, no one is forcing me, I'm not so dumb I don't realize that. I've read 100% of what's been written here, as I do daily in the discussion forums, even when I can't post, and I truly feel unwelcome for the first time in years. Thank you.
