General TOS

· I will not tolerate any form of bullying or harassment.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ This includes begging or guilt tripping over slots, pricing, or if I deny your commission. You will be blocked.

· Slots are not first come first serve. I will accept slots based on whether or not I feel I am compatible with your character.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ I require a clear & colored reference sheet to work with. I will not work off of descriptions. A clearer reference
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎sheet will be more likely to be accepted
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ One slot = one commission piece

· My turnaround time ranges between 1 day - 2 weeks. This time may change based on what is going on with my life. I am open with my communication, I'll let you know if something comes up.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ If you need your commission done by a specific deadline, please make that clear in your form.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ All communication will be done either on here (cs) or on Toyhouse.

· You may not use my art for NFT purpose or to train AI.
· You may not use my art for profit-related purposes.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ This includes making merch with my art, streaming, or advertisements.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ You may use my art for personal use. This includes publishing it on networks, using it as profile picture, using it as a
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎ ‎ screen saver, or printing it for your own use. Just be sure to give credit!

· I reserve the right to my own artwork. I may upload it on my social medias or use it as commission examples. I reserve the right to watermark my artwork. You will not receive an un-watermarked version (crayon chibi's will receive a unwatermarked version).

Payment TOS

· My prices are non-negotiable. The only situation where they are is if I am seeking cs pets.

· Once your commission has been accepted by me, you have 48 hours to send payment. Failure to do so will lose your slot.
· Payment is required upfront. Once the trade is sent, I will accept it and hold it aside until the commission is completed.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ Pet payments will be held aside in this group.

· USD payments will communicated and done off-site on Toyhouse but please still fill out a form on here. It will be done through Paypal or Ko-fi

· Overly complex characters might have an extra fee based on commission type. I will let you know if your character falls under this category.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ Crayon chibi: 25(This style will already simplify your character)

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ What counts as complex: excessive markings, realistic wings, multiple eyes, excessive jewelry. I may ask for an extra fee if
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ your character falls under a 'complex' category even if said reason is not listed here.

· You may offer pets instead of c$ but please clearly state what you're offering. C$ will pretty much guarantee a slot.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ Seeking: WL store pets, ur's, lists, high demand pets. These are more likely to be accepted.
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ↳ If you are offering other, please offer rares+, I will not accept bulk euc or below. Please value my artwork fairly.

Refunds

· Payment can be 100% refunded before the sketch is accepted. Once the sketch is accepted there will be no refunds.

✧ Price: 180 c$ or $10 USD

· This style will have: sketchy/incomplete/messy line work, full color, simple shading and highlights. This type of commission is a way for me to experiment. You may receive artwork with different line work or style of shading/highlights.

· Furry characters only. Feral and Anthro okay.

· Single color background. No patterns or rendered scene. I can put white doodles surrounding the character (hearts, stars, etc).

✧ Slots:
· Stormbird - First priority, coloring stage

500x500 canvas size

· This style will have: full color, no shading and simple white highlights. This type of commission is a way for me to experiment. Simple standing or sitting poses only.

· Feral canine and feline characters only. Complex characters will be simplified.

· Transparent background. You will receive a version without a watermark for page-doll purposes.

· This commission type is still experimental.
