I'd head around town looking for something orange, i'd possibly get an actual orange, but where's the fun in that? Instead, i end up grabbing a pair of orange, fluffy bunny ears for the kits to wear and take pictures with!
Theme 2 prompt:
I'd be very eager and happy to help hide gems for the kits, putting them in places that are hidden but showing them a bit so the kits can actually find them! It goes really well surprisingly, all of the kits finding the same amount of gems each, with no one getting less or more than the other kits.

Theme 1 prompt: Hildegarde decides to head to the farmer's market and buy some oranges. They're a delicious, healthy, and sweet snack that everyone enjoys, after all! She makes sure to buy some for the kits...and also one for herself. (They're very good oranges.)
Theme 2 prompt: Amaranth decides to hide the gems on the ground around some rocks! She finds a few areas where the grass is on the taller side so that the gems won't be discovered right away. It ends up going really well, as the kits find the gems without too much trouble although there's a good bit of squinting as they look for where the light gleams oddly.

Theme 1 prompt: Mother has decided to throw the local kits a bit of a party without the tribe, so off to the flower field she goes to find orange ones! Considering she grows them all it goes well, she just has to arrange then then go off to find some orange foods! Carrots sweet potatoes, and pumpkins are also never hard to find in her garden!
Theme 2 prompt: Gems are both easy to find and easy for Mother to hide! She squirrels them away in every nook and cranny of the open flower field but is sure to make sure they blend in well! Can't make it too easy for them to be found now!

As Magnus opens his mouth, fully prepared to pull the same stunt he did yesterday, Garth appears, seemingly out of nowhere, and shoves the other sima aside. "Dude. You are SUCH a louse!"

Magnus just grins and adjusts his bangs, offering no argument. He was proud of his louse-ness.

"I hit up a community yard-sale and found all kinds of stuff -" Garth held up a big basket, which was, itself, neon orange. "Couple'a toy cars, a mini traffic cone, some ribbons, a beanie, four magnets, a stuffed... something...?" Here he paused and pulled a toy of indeterminate species from the basket. It was striped - dark orange and yellow orange.

"Well bully for you." Magnus, not to be outdone, used his magic to turn GARTH orange. And was promptly hit in the face with the stuffy.

Hide the ge-ms, hide the ge-ms, hide the ge-ms, hide the gems! This to the tune of "Ride of the Valkyries", and hummed by Bertram as he bustled around the yard, stashing easter gems for his daughter and her friends to find. The weather was lovely. And he was having a blast! One gem here, under a garden gnome. Another there, in a patch of flowers. And there, at the bottom of a bird bath. He remembered doing these hunts when he was little, and was very excited to pass the tradition on to the next generation, now that Bann was old enough to take part.

Theme 1 prompt: I decided to head to the beach and look for any sea shells that were orange. After some time searching along the shore, I had managed to gather a handful of shells that looked orange.
Theme 2 prompt: First, I put some of the gems among large clusters of rocks around the area. Then I hid some gems among the plants in the area, including clusters of flowers, bushes, and the roots of the trees. Finally, the remaining gems I placed behind or under various objects like boxes, tables, and so on. The kits were able to find most of the gems without much difficulty, though a couple of them blended in really well with their surroundings and it took a while for the kits to find them. Regardless, the kits all seemed to have had a lot of fun!

My search goes really well, i ended up finding a lot of yellow small rocks you'd see in those colorful fish rock bags at the pet store!

There are a lot of sweet snacks available, as well as other snacks like fruits and vegetables. I end up going for the strawberries, as i loveee strawberries, with said strawberries being dipped in chocolate!

The rock, decorated, in yellow (referencing the meme image of him). I can draw decently if I actually try, if anyone was wondering after Wednesday lol

Theme 2 prompt: Did you know you can eat dandelions? 'Cause you can eat dandelions. I don't know what other foods are available but I do know that the salad has 4 extra ingredients when I'm done: dandelion root, dandelion stem, dandelion flower, and dandelion leaves, and that I like salad. The rabbits love it.
