Had a dream last night, thought i might as well share it here:

I dont remember a whole lot, but it consisted of a family living inside my head and controlling my thoughts? It was a dad, a mom, a teenage sister and like a 9 year old brother. I remember the dad almost exclusively worn flannel, and the teenager kinda dressed like Margo from despicable me. I could talk to this family in my head via a groupchat on my phone (i dont own a phone). I asked them "So you control my brain?" and they responded with "🤣🤣 yup gng". I guess this made sense in the dream, so i responded with "cool". Weird!!

Last night I dreamed that I colored in an anthro base on the Oekaki with what was apparently a color scheme of an animal design for Papyrus from Undertale (I used to animal-ize characters out of not knowing how to draw anything else), but because apparently in this dream world, people on the internet had made Papyrus subject of some very inappropriate things (I don't know what, just that they weren't allowed on CS, I had never encountered them) and this had become widespread knowledge, my innocent color-in design was immediately locked with a chiding "I can't believe you'd do something so disgusting" type of message from who I think was supposed to be a made-up CS staff member. I was very distressed over this, because I didn't even know that this character had become an explicit symbol and depicting him was banned on CS, my color-in was on an "existing" base (made up for the dream I guess) that was in a hand-on-hip, looking-over-shoulder pose, which had nothing wrong with it, and somehow people were still posting on my locked thread either expressing disgust or talking about how unfair the action taken was. One post told me be to contact Raire to appeal for a reversal and unlock my color-in drawing, and I never got to it before I woke up.

I have no idea what happened. This is my --NOT AN ATTACK-- disclaimer: just because weird stuff happened in dream-CS doesn't mean I'm saying anything about real CS. I think the staff do a fairly good job of keeping inappropriate content off of this site, and I don't hold a grudge, so whatever happened was out of nowhere. This is... pretty much on par for my dreams :/

I recently had a dream that I owned a pet crocodile. She had human-level intelligence and would sleep in my bed with me. She was protective of me and didn't like other people so much.

I had a really odd one last night.

Relevant background information is that I went out to a county park last week, walked around in the woods, and saw a bunch of one kind of ground cover plant with a unique shape in the woods. I wondered what it was, but didn't know and didn't do any further searching to find out.

Last night, I had a dream about being in similar woods with that plant all over the place. In my dream, I knew what it was called - it's a mayapple. I wake up, google it. The plant is actually really a mayapple. Thats its real name. How did I know that when I was asleep but didn't know what it was when I was awake?

I had to memorize a bunch of native plants last semester for college, so I looked through all my flash cards to see if it was one that I learned last semester. It was not, so that just furthers the mystery. How old was the knowledge that I uncovered? Or am I going to dream correct lottery numbers next?
