By value of the pets alone, this is fair.
However for the purpose of this thread, I would say it's very unfair on wanted value/trade value. The BA, Heart advent, hollyfox and BMD trade for quite a bit even when they aren't auctioned. Certainly for more than a balloon and the wood wing would fetch.

Pfffffttt. Pet values change so often it's very hard to keep up. Even I've put out old information only to find out that an unwanted pet is suddenly popular and worth a lot. Why don't I know my rarities yeesh.
