yeah they're special! There are a lot of people who collect them (Im one of them lol), and the older eggs can get quite expensive (Im looking at you egg 1, 2 and 3)

Generally animal eggs don’t have special or significantly inflated trade value (outside of particularly old animal eggs), they’re just a popular and long-running item set that some people enjoy collecting and keeping up with!
