- Jovie has spikes that appear on her back either when she is super excited or super angry
- has on vertical line/bottom eyeliner black markings below her left eye (this is not present on the right eye)
- nose is half pink/half black
- dark pink Star beneath neckwear (generally hidden)
- pink under hair, but ears and hair are grey/black
- - Brietta's weird little step-sister
- loves parties and planning parties
- is an expert party organizer
- if she is not organizing parties, she is participating parties
- has little creatures that help her with party organizers. There names are Cake and Confetti (they/them or it/its)
- no one knows where Cake and Confetti came from - not even Jovie. They just love parties as much as Jovie
- loves board games and likes to organize games for those she is planning a party for
- knows a lot of party tricks
- likes creepy-cute things. No one understands why they have eye markings on their accessories
- Cake loves cake and sometimes appears stuck in cakes, so Jovie often has to end up purchasing multiple cakes for the parties they organize
