Yes, permission from the owner would be needed to bring these guys back. But as the owner hasn't posted since 2016, I'm afraid these guys probably can't be brought back.

That being said, there are many amazing adopts that are active today, especially on Oekaki. I'd recommend check those out instead.

I just went back through my archive and there were two I had forgotten I even bought *squeaks*
I've saved all my images and details so they don't get lost if photobucket ever goes down

I know the two users who once ran the Narakari personally, and I could ask them both if they have any plans left, if you want me to? I'm not really active here anymore, either, but if there is real interest, I can try to contact them? Maybe one of them still has the login etc for the account and can post something official here

If they want to come back, or possibly even sell the species to make them active again, that would be amazing for those of us who love the species, but its also completely understandable if they just don't want to as they have moved on. <3

If the owner doesn’t want the species to come back, we shouldn’t make them.
