as for names how about something like Fancy Facet since she is a crystal pony :3? or maybe something simple like Apricot Agora since her coat reminds me of the fruit!

ik itd be a kinda long but the color mades me think of padparadscha, which is a peachy/pinky sapphire!
but also as someone with a crystal pony oc, i beg of u to reveal how you do it by hand i used a f2u img on overlay bc my hand made attempts failed--

and i like the idea of naming her after a stone,,, hMMM

as for the texture, I took a pale off-white and made a bunch of polygons, duplicated the layer a few times and spun them around and made them different sizes. i then made a version of the shapes that was a darker color (i think the darkest blue) and had that on a low opacity, too !
