the Alpha has ordered everyone to be in the cave by nightfall as a terribly harsh rain storm is moving down Bear Mountain towards them, any who refuse to listen to the Alpha's order will be punished accordingly. the Alpha is also happy to announce that he and Beta Bear have decided it is time to take a mate, all eligible females (3+ yrs.) must go to the "Courting" Cave later in the evening.

a warm breeze ruffles your coat as you stand on the edge of the border, looking into the dense foliage that made up part of Ember Pack's territory; clearing your throat you call out "hello! is somebody out there? I wish to speak with the Alpha" knowing very well that you were currently being watched, unease filling you as the sudden sound of multiple paw step filled the air, however you quickly brushed it off as a young white female approached you "you called?" she questioned softly, her grey eyes looking you up and down; confused you looked around "are...are you the Alpha?" you question, your voice wavering with uncertainty. she laughed, the sound making you relax a bit "oh no dear, I'm but a simple guide, here to show you to our pack" she replied "the forest can be quite tricky to navigate, please follow me" she added before taking off into the foliage, you hot on her heels as she jumped and ducked under and over fallen trees. after a while you began to grow tired but she seems to keep running, ignoring you it seems as you fall behind before collapsing on the ground, exhaustion taking over you as you begin to lose consciousness but before you do you spot the small white female giggling as she approached with a larger dark brown male "good job Hibby" the male grunts as you finally let darkness take over you.
you are awoken by a cold breeze ruffling your fur and you spring to your paws while looking around, a low growl escapes you as you recall the small white female she tricked me you thought angrily as you turn towards the cave entrance, as you are about to exit a deep voice greets you "and where are you going?" turning around you come face to face with a brute of a giant, his [fur color] fur glittering in the dark of his den as he slowly exits it, [eye color] eyes narrowing on you as you coward away from the large beast "w-who are y-you?" you stutter out, your voice barely above a whisper but he heard you, a deep chuckle reverberating in his chest "I am Alpha ____ and you are in my pack's camp" he informs you "Hibby and my Beta- Bear -brought you here after your little run with the runt" he grunted as the small white female and large dark brown male appear beside you "I did good Alpha, as you say they can't know the location unless they join" Hibby sings as she prances around what was his name "and Bear is so strong! he carried you all the way here!" she exclaims loudly as she nuzzles the brown male "Hibby please, that's enough yelling" the Alpha grunts before turning his gaze back on you "you have until morning to decide whether you would like to join us or leave, just know once you leave there is NO coming back" the Alpha informs you before slipping back into his den, leaving you alone with the female called Hibby and the male called Bear as others begin to emerge from the numerous dens and crowd around you

the pack lives deep in a pine forest surrounded by large mountains; there is a thick mist that lingers year-round, creating a cold and moist habitat for the wolves that reside here. despite the cold there seems to be an abundance of prey but with that comes predators such as mountain lions and other lone wolves, though the pack hardly comes in contact with them. they make their camp in a large cave, their dens are holes/large cracks in the cave walls, almost all the pack wolves reside in the cave except for a select few who prefer to make their den in the small grassy clearing outside of the cave, however they are required to be in the cave during meetings or severe storms; there is a small stream that encircles the camp with stepping stones for access to the forest. to the north of the Pack's cave

- Bear Mountain; a large mountain to the north of the camp, it is home to numerous bears and is absolutely forbidden to go there.
- "Courting" Cave; is a smaller cave located a few feet from the main cave, the entrance to the "courting" cave is located just inside the entrance to the main cave with a tunnel leading to a small open area; here the Alpha and Beta will look over the females and choose the one they believe will be the right match for them to help produce healthy and strong offspring. there is a hole in the ceiling just big enough to let in the moon/sun light.
- Shimmering Falls; is a large waterfall to the south of camp with a deep pool beneath it with streams and rivers running off it, the pack often come here on hot days to cool off and play in the water, the falls are short enough for a wolf to jump off of and into the pool below.
- Valley of Flowers; is a somewhat small meadow located deep in the forest, herbs grow here that the Shaman and her apprentice go to collect most of their supplies [an escort is always needed]. occasionally rabbits are caught here as well as deer.[/center]
