Used to do a ton of pixel art, haven't done it for years I'm pretty rusty now but decided to give it my best shot.
These guys are cute enough to at least go for it.

1- Honestly, I just sorta picked a random color to start with which ended up being teal. Picked some matching colors and it gave me a bit of an undeath vibe so I was like. Hmmm yeah. Lets do some stitched together little guy.

2- Wanted to do the opposite of the last one, so pink it was. And tigers are always cute. So, soft pink tiger.

3- I love silly little plushies. One of my line edits was inevitably going to be a silly little guy. The more mismatched the colors and patterns the better as well. It's my favorite aesthetic for those cute little button joint plushies.

4- Behold, the humble manticore. My favorite fictional creature.

Have you ever participated or ran a system similar to this? i have not specifically with any sort of UMA, but inventory keeping sounds like it would be similar enough that I don't think it can be much different in the long run.

Are you comfortable handling large amounts of data at one time? absolutely! data management is my job, i am very used to it! i primarily work with excel with my company, though i can pick up new systems quickly as required. keeping things organised, finding lost data, handling heavy amounts of information and numbers, and keeping track of what has gone where and when it has disappeared is all part of my regular job. ive been with my team for two years so im very comfortable in the field.

The Garden requires a lot of attention and requires results to be posted around 7 pm EST every day. What days are you typically available to post results? every day of the week. if something came up it would be monday/tuesday/thursday, and i would notify before that happened.

Are you comfortable handling large amounts of data at one time? yes, very! i'm very good with lists and numbers, and i like to organize and reorganize and keep track of everything i do for fun. the satisfaction of having a group or list sorted through and written and rewritten is very pleasing to me.

I have not. My experience is mostly due to how I structure systems for my own life and hobbies. I’m naturally forgetful, so to counteract this I began maintaining lists of tasks, personal memos, and schedules to keep myself structured. I’m still learning to translate this into group activities, but I hope to refine this as I work with y’all!

I am usually available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday to Sundays. I am also sometimes available Tuesdays and Thursdays, depending on my college schedule.

Top two designs were my favorites out of the bunch, I loved the bathtime theme for the first one... he's so cute to me LOL.
And the one next to it has a terrarium theme! I just thought it would look cool. :3

Went for more generic themes for the bottom two, I'm sure people have made moth emblings before but I was like mmm sure I'll give it a try.

i'm currently a moderator in charm dogs! i will admit i am new at moderating, so i don't have any necessarily new relevant experience, but in my day-to-day life i work with middle-schoolers, so that has helped me exceptionally in moderation skills! i understand and know how to handle hard conversations with gentle, kind, redirecting words.

Have you ever been canceled, banned, asked to step down, or otherwise received any disciplinary actions due to your behavior in a community? If so, what happened?
i have not!

Two users are in a heated disagreement in the discord. User A is upset because User B did not accept their trade proposal, and is vaugeing them publically. User B finds out, and confronts them. The argument is charged and is moving fast. How do you handle this situation?
i personally would reach out to both users privately, asking them both what happened, and hear both sides. i would explain (privately) to user a that public (and private) bullying in that sense is not something that emblings appreciate / stand for, and will otherwise not be tolerated within our community. i would let the appropriate person (whether it be owner/more knowledgable mod) know of my conversation with user a, and if warranted, issue them a strike/ban (according to what owner/more knowledgable mod says). i would then encourage user b (privately) to let mods know in advance if there is any strife between other users, and also explain that adding more heat to the fire won't help either party. i would suggest that they choose to not argue more with user a, and, again report to the appropriate person.

User A is confused about a rule listed on the main page and reaches out to you for help. After reading the rule, you realize that the clarity is a bit messy and that you don't quite understand it either. How do you handle this encounter?
i would let them know that i will reach out to someone who does have the answer/clarity, then reach out to whoever made the rule and ask for clarity. once given the answer, i would let user a know what they said. i would also let the person know who wrote the rule that it had confused a user, so they could edit the rule to have more clarity if they wanted to. (:

I've been in this role for ~4 months or so? this has been my first experience modding an uma on chicken smoothie, but I was also a mod for a very large animal-sim site for a few months before retiring and taking a break. i'm very much enjoying being back on cs and especially in the lovely uma community! c:

Two users are in a heated disagreement in the discord. User A is upset because User B did not accept their trade proposal, and is vaugeing them publically. User B finds out, and confronts them. The argument is charged and is moving fast. How do you handle this situation? since the chat is moving fast and public outbursts usually cause members of the community to try and intervene, I would enable slowmode cool down just to temporarily snuff out the flame. i would then personally message both users and ask them to (1) keep the conversation private between the staff team and the other member, and (2) explain the situation and provide any and all evidence they may have. i would then relay the information back to the staff team to discuss and seek a solution. once things have cooled down and the staff team as a unit has dealt with the situation, slowmode would be removed. it may also be helpful to send a reminder ping or message in the chat, reminding members that if there is a conflict, please get in touch with a member of staff for support, and that the public chat is not an appropriate place to discuss private matters.

I would consult with the rest of the staff team. the owner of the thread should likely be able to provide clarity as to what they meant. if they also think it is messy, the staff team should discuss their interpretations and find a consensus. once the rule is clarified with staff, the member should be answered and the main page should likely be edited to include the clarification as other members may have trouble understanding as well. depending on the significance of the rule, it may also be helpful to ping or make an announcement to ensure there is no ambiguity within community!
