Currently have been in a rough patch for weeks with my partner. He's been saying that he's lost feelings but hasn't, he's been asking to change how I dress and present myself, told me that my scars now bother him when they didn't before and has said how it would be nice if I had clean skin.
We both want to fix our relationship and don't want it to end but it has been tough and hasn't really been going anywhere to get better.

Got into a large argument a few weeks ago because after a year of being separated my ex texts me for no reason. I've had my ex blocked for almost a year and he came back with a new account just to message me which caused problems. He has lost my trust because he reached out and thinks that I've been seeing him behind his back.

A few days ago I lost a coworker to dementia and it has been rough seeing him deteriorate so rapidly and it has finally hit me that he's gone.

I just don't know what to do anymore

dude. how many times do i have to tell my best friend my boundaries? it's like every few months they completely forget what i say and they go back to volunteering me to drive people home from parties, or tells me to sleep over the night before a party to "give them a hand" which usually means im going to be using MY CAR, my gas, and my money to help them. can't believe it. their cousin randomly texts me asking if im going to the party and that they're happy to see me again, but that they might not have a ride home. the ride to this venue they booked is already 55 minutes from my house, and now im expected to drive someone home too? like just stop already.

ugh! that sounds so frustrating. it’s tough when people forget your boundaries, especially when you’ve had to remind them before. you deserve to have your time, energy, and resources respected. i totally get why you’re feeling this way! you’ve been super patient, and it’s okay to feel worn out by it.

i’m so sorry you’re going through all of this right now. it sounds like everything’s hitting you at once, and that’s just so tough. not being able to be with your grandma during such a hard time must make it even harder. just know that it’s okay to feel all of these emotions. you're carrying a lot.
