reaction time helpticket

Hi, I send a helpticket in november 2023. I got an answer within 2 weeks but I want a second opinion. Since that moment I heard nothing from my ticket. I send a new ticket like every month or so but still no reaction.

When can I except an answer? Is there a timelimit or are they purposely ignoring me? I want to know where I stand with my problem.

Hello!

This is something only a staff member can help you with, so I’ll be locking this thread.

Sending a new ticket every month would only overwhelm the ticket queue, and depending on what level your ticket is sitting at, may push it to the back of the queue since we work from the oldest ticket to the newest. If you send me a PM with your original ticket number, I can look into where it is at.
