Thoughts on Chicken Smoothie Assistant?

Hi all! So I, like many others, use the CS Assistant extension to help bump my threads so I don't have to stop and type a new message every time. However, I've seen some debate across the site and there's some mixed opinions about it. I believe a lot of the dislike for it comes from the belief that it auto bumps, even tho it's a manual bump. Anyways I found myself blocked by someone I'd never interacted with, and it got me thinking.... is it from using Chicken Smoothie Assistant? Is it frowned upon by the community? So instead of making stuff up in my head to answer my question I decided to run a poll to see what y'all REALLY think! Does using CS Assistant affect you wanting to trade someone? Do you like it? Hate it? I'm curious!

Side note: I don't care why someone blocked me if I know I didn't harm them. They have the right to not want to interact with me. I only mentioned it because that's what sparked this question. I have zero hard feelings lol

people block for all sorts of reasons, i wouldn't look to much into it. I would be extremely surprised if the reason they blocked you was because you were using a browser extension though.

it's interested to hear that it's a manual bump! I definitely assumed it was automated. but it's of no bother to me, seems harmless. I also have found myself blocked by people I've seemingly not interacted with or done anything to upset (at least from my perspective) - it's a little disheartening but we have to remember that some people just like to block!

It's probably from your signature image. If you access CS on multiple devices, blocking an image won't help. I've had to block people myself before because of flashing images or something extremely distracting. CS doesn't have much customization when it comes to blocking, so this is the best that can be done.

I don't care about the CS assistant. I can bump my trade post in two seconds already, I don't see the need for it. I also very rarely even look at people's trade posts. I basically only look when I'm wanting something specific, or wanting to get rid of something specific and even then, the pinned threads are much better.
