Welcome, again.
So one thing that I originally had was a species idea, which, a friend of mine Lorebird kindly helped me name the species and also did the lines for them.
While my life went downhill- I had tried to set this up, and now that I'm.. well- nor in a good place still but BETTER- I want to at least do something for myself, the community, and also Lorebird. I don't want this species to go downhill because of me.

I'd like to know/see if anyone would still share interest, and if I should get this up and running. Or course I'd like to, but I want to make sure. Yes this would take me a while to do, because with my personal life I also need to find
• someone to code the main page
• logo or background commissioners
• basically all the help I could possibly get.

I plan on making perks for artists and staff in general. Nothing too overpowered so I'd like it fair for all, And I also have perks for those who have helped me greatly even set up the species (and in other situations.)



Now. You may be wondering. What are Calvarians?
Well, Calvarians are an often docile canine like species that are rather large. Most lore is undecided until I am satisfied with my writing (as I have no artistic talent whatsoever and also need help with lore). A Calvarian wears a mask. These masks define the calvarian. For example, a calvarian may have a monstrous, dark past or personality- therefore their mask would be shaped and altered to look spooky or monsterous. This creativity can go down any path and can branch out in any way under the artists hand.

The Trait tiers conclude of;
- non-rarity
- common
- uncommon
- rare
- extinct
- Corrupted.

These will be easy to get, so do not worry. The only traits that will be a bit harder are Corrupted traits.

Juvenile Calvarians on the other hand are not born with a mask. This is connected to the process of breeding / Achieving a juvenile calvarian. A juvenile is called a Calvaris or a Varex, and their personality will either be determined by the user or it will be a mix between the parents.

It is undecided how they are born, maybe through eggs? I'm not sure. If you have any tips or tricks, ideas or suggestions please comment!!.

I think all the traits would be super cool!! I like the idea of the functional Head being an extinct trait, I can see how that would lead to pretty unique designs :v

yeah!! Originally I didn't think much about functional heads because the mask really is the point, But it would be cool since I know a lot of people may one day want one mask less etc.
I was thinking of having scavenging in the species, but I'm not sure :,0
