☘︎ --- Staff must be 18+ and be willing to use Discord as our main mode of communication.
☘︎ --- Staff are hired by the species admin while staff applications are open. You do not have to be an active Wyldglen community member to apply to be on staff, but it is encouraged. Staff applications will open on an as-needed basis.
☘︎ --- Artists are expected to make three free adopts per month, whether that is through regular adopts, event adopts, or nursery tickets.
☘︎ --- In order to open customs, artists must have completed their three free monthly adopts, and may not have any outstanding overdue nursery tickets, customs, event rewards, etc.
☘︎ --- Pay careful attention to genetics. Genetics can be confusing, so questions are highly encouraged. You do not need to be an expert, but you are expected to have a basic understanding of Mendelian inheritance/Punnett squares and real world equine genetics.
☘︎ --- Regular adopts should not include limited genes, these may only be included on free adopts for special milestones/events. Adopts may only ever have one limited gene, although users may breed for multiple limited genes on a single adopt.

☘︎ --- Staff can make one monthly custom of any rarity (minding the one limited gene per adopt rule) with any additional edits that they please. Monthly customs do not rollover, but artists have a three day grace period at the end of a month to post their custom.
☘︎ --- Staff may make one monthly personal breeding. Personal breedings must be rolled by another staff member.
☘︎ --- Staff may be rewarded with artist customs during species events. Artists have three weeks from an event's closure to complete any event customs.
☘︎ --- Artist may do custom swaps with other artists for their monthly custom/personal breeding.
☘︎ --- Any non-artist staff members may chose to make their own customs or ask an artist to make it for them.
☘︎ --- Artists may not sell their monthly staff custom, personal breeding, or event customs.
☘︎ --- Inactive staff members may not collect on staff rewards.

𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐓

☘︎ --- Artists must be willing to communicate mainly through discord. Timely communication is paramount to holding a staff position.
☘︎ --- Artists are expected to create at minimum three free adopts per month. This can consist of regular adopts, event adopts, quest finds, or breedings.
☘︎ --- Artists shall, to the best of their ability, have an understanding of equine genetics, Mendelian inheritance, and use of Punnett squares or "rolling" for genetics for breedings. You do not have to be an expert, but you must be open to learning and receiving feedback.
☘︎ --- Artists are welcomed and encouraged to participate in event planning and execution, as well as marking/genetics conceptualization and addition to the species.
☘︎ --- Artists are not expected to be able to do line/item edits.
☘︎ --- Artists will only be allowed to offer paid customs or auctions after being on staff for a trial period of two months.
☘︎ --- Guest and ghost artists will be considered on a case to case basis.

𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐓

☘︎ --- An archivists main function is to keep the adopt archive up to date.
☘︎ --- The archive should be updated ideally on a weekly basis.

𝐌𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑

☘︎ --- Moderators must be willing to join the GA discord, as they are expected to moderate both CS and discord.
☘︎ --- Moderator's main function is to ensure that both CS and species rules are being followed.
☘︎ --- Moderators may issue warnings to rule offenders for repeated or serious offenses. Moderators will report any warnings to the species admin.
☘︎ --- Bans must always be discussed with the species admin and moderation team before being put into place.
☘︎ --- Moderators are expected to act as fairly and neutrally as possible when handling issues. You must be a mature person able to think and act objectively. Mods can receive warnings or even a ban if they are suspected of abusing their privileges.

☘︎ --- Staff are hired by the species admin, you may apply to be an artist in the Artist Search. You do not have to be an active GA community member to apply to be an artist.
☘︎ --- Once hired, artists will be added to the main adopt page and nursery.
☘︎ --- Upon hiring, new artists will be gifted a bundle of items in addition to a free custom from the species admin.
