Pet Design Suggestions (NEW RULE APRIL 20 2022)

REGULAR OTTERS. PLEASE. There are THIRTEEN different subspecies of otter from Asia to North America and I would genuinely kill to just have a normal patterned otter. I love colorbombs and colorful animals, don't get me wrong, but I really just want a regular brown, tan, and black otter :ccc PLEASE

This!! Usually when a new species lineart is introduced, the first litter has natural designs/coats. The otters didnt follow this pattern and there still hasnt been an otter litter that is just colored like normal otters. We've gotten some natural animals that are edits of the otter lines, like martens and ermine and ferrets, but still no natural otters.

i just want to drop a suggestion for UR pets next year, UR dwarf hamster or pps/epps otter! i was thinking about it not long ago and i hoped this year may let us see one of those but unfortunately not yet. D: perhaps some sort of fairy wings or exciting fantasy design edits. i know its a small lineart but we have plenty of small lineart urs so i don't see these as unviable. again, wings of some kind on an otter would be adorable?? not even for a ur, just an event or holiday pet. i have grown to love these species so i'd love to see more of them, esp at higher rarities! praying for hamster/otter store pets soon~ i will spend my life savings..

i also think the fluffy bunny lineart standing this advent calendar was absolutely immaculate, i would be incredibly interested to see the lines reused as we've seen some lines in the past be reused.

additionally, keep up the epps worms! they're absolutely adorable another favorite from me. as you may be able to tell though, i have a great epps/pps bias with some of the lesser used linearts. which also reminds me, the standing horses from the summer event this year were fantastic. i love when linearts are repurposed, it's exciting to see!

lastly, another epps request.. more epps uni/alicorns! or occasional rare monthly adopts with uni/alicorns.

i know most of my suggestion is just more epps, but these pets are always the most creative to me. for a less.. complicated suggestion however.. decora pets! sticker pets! and reintroduction of site merch stickers.. jk snowglobe pets!

thanks if you read my suggestions! i don't usually drop suggestions but i've been meaning to drop my appreciation for epps/pps lines getting more love for some time. and of course, the idea of decora pets (or even items..) would be cool.

Seconding those UR pet ideas! I would kill for an ur epps otter (there are only 6 in the entire Game as of now) or an ur dwarf hamster... (Maybe even a pps dwarfie? The tiniest ur of tiny urs... I mean we have the banana and bee, so why Not?!)
Fantasy edits and Wings Sound like a very good idea! Imagine an alicorn-otterbaby or alicorn-dwarfie... With the tiniest little wings and a small horn with a Lot of sparkles or something like that!
Or!!! Angelcore/cosmic horror themed with many many many eyes and too many wings?? Aaaaa

Decora pets sound awesome too!
Maybe some fairy kei pets?
Not sure if it's appropriate for CS, but Menhera-themed pets would be amazing.

maybe more halloween or christmas appropriate, but gruesome grimms tales! cinderella with her foot chopped off, ariel with her legs sown together, hansel and gretel baked in a pie, etc etc^-^

I'd also Love more Alice in Wonderland themed pets, especially another Set of eat me & drink me... Doesn't have to be a copycat of the dogs, but as a general concept it'd be awesome. (The eat me could mabe be more Cookie or bread themed instead of chocolate? And a different species of course.) As Event pets, or stores, or URs, whatever



Edit: A skelekitten. We have many Skeleton animals, and I know we already have the ghost-skelekitten from '16, but a very simple one (epps cat with black fur and White Skeleton markings) would be awesome as well imo. Coming to think of it, wouldn't it be cool to one day have every single species lineart have a skeleton pet? (Always the same black fur White/off-white bones pattern for the respective species)

I'm not sure if edited lineart counts as new lineart so my apologies if this is against the rules!!
So I LOOVEEE vultures. I got an idea for a litter of vulture species using the macaw, crow/magpie or chicken lineart! I think it would work well as a store pet litter or for some type of event like how the camping event had some wildlife! I was thinking about bearded vultures, turkey vultures, hooded vultures, and Egyptian vultures to name a few. I would be foaming at the mouth over this litter if it ever came to be. Hopefully this idea would be fun for the artists to draw as well and appealing to people who love birds and scavengers! I just think a whole litter, not just one vulture would be so awesome.

Eagle Species store pet set, possibly using the Parrot linearts as a base akin to how the modern Owls are? Bald Eagle, Golden Eagle, Harpy Eagle, a PPS juvenile Baldy even (just to name a few off the top of my head)?! I want to see more natural store pets, they're so few and far between at times! I love the colorful ones, the fantasy-esque ones like the current dragons, but I want to see more naturals, and I'm not entirely sure if there even ARE Eagles available as pets yet. Could even donate a portion of the funds made from them to an Eagle Conservation Center of CS Staff's choosing!!

i agree with this so much! like a natural animal buff, I enjoy the pets with natural patterns just as much as the wild patterned ones

artists please look up "pixie cup lichen", it's a very adorable mushroom and id love to see it on pets in future

I would love to see like a "national geographic" collection of pets! I know we have some real life animal look alike from the camping event and other events. But pets like a penguin, dolphin, elephant, bald eagle, crocodile, just to name a few. I think a penguin litter would be so cute with a bunch of different penguin species

I'm on a bit of a cloud kick at the moment, so how about a litter based on different scientifically accurate clouds? Could be any species big enough to properly show them.

There are loads of different clouds out there but here are a couple of examples of cool clouds I'd love to see included:

- Cumulus. Your standard fluffy clouds.
- Cumulonimbus. Anvil shaped storm clouds.
- Noctilucent clouds, also known as night shining clouds. A phenomenon seen at twilight when the sun is fully under the horizon but the clouds way way high up in the atmosphere are still in full sunlight making them appear to be glowing. Super pretty clouds!
- Lenticular clouds. Layered clouds that forms over obstructions such as mountains and other tall objects.
- Kelvin-Helmholtz clouds. Super cool clouds that looks like crashing waves!
- Fallstreak hole. A circular hole in a cloud layer caused by supercooled water that suddenly evaporates. Typically triggered by planes.
- Polar stratospheric clouds. Rainbow clouds!

This litter could also include a tornado outcome and even a mushroom cloud caused by volcanoes or atomic bombs.

And yeah, I know we have a litter of cloud pups this month but I still think a realistic cloud litter would be super cool ^.^

Would love to see a dog with a pattern similar to this. Very clean, nothing complicated, a crisp, clean, simple design.
