Split payments are allowed as long as the split if considered 'even' (ex. 30c$ for an 8 + 8coins for a 4)
Only shop items purchased with c$ payment are available for user-user transfer

Items (including MYOs)-- Can only be transferred if purchased with c$
Coins-- Can only be transferred in exchange for something else (i.e no gifts)
