Breeding rules:
1. Only official artists may do breedings
2. Only PM a breeding form when an artist announces they are open
3. Only Mare X Stallion breedings are allowed at this time
4. Foals have a 1 month cool down before they can be bred
5. Your Bicorns storage page must be up-to-date with breeding permission information to be used in a breeding(Storage pages will be used to show proof of permission for breeding slots)
6. Do not complain if you do not like your foal. Artists work hard on breedings and it is very rude to complain
7. For breeding Purposes, themed bicorns are considered siblings to the other bicorns of the same theme and cannot breed together
8. Limit of 5 breedings per month per user

Guidelines:
-Custom can be obtained through events, raffles, or purchased.

-Star Fall Lilly-Gives a 50% chance for twins
-Octern-Increases the chance for a chosen marking to pass by 15%
-Mysterious Mushroom-Adds 1 completely random gene to a foal

Round Pen Items:
-Honey Cube-Increases your chance to get an uncommon Bicorn by 10%
-Iridescent Petals-Increases your chance to get a rare Bicorn by 10%
-Snow Carrot-Increases your chance to get a bicorn(pens 2 and 3) by 10%

Exploration Items:
-Braided Moss Rope-Increase your chance to catch a Bicorn by 10%
-Lucky Clover-Increases your chance to find something by 15%


Contest Items:
-Crytal Headstall-Increases your chance to place in the top 3 by 10%
-Hair of the Leprechauns Beard- Doubles what you win if you place in the Top 3(will only be used up if you place)
