EQH ARPG

EQH offer an Art Role Play Game (ARPG) for owners. By doing art you can earn points to level up your horses to earn rewards. These include foals with rarer traits, increased chances of twins, higher scores in EQH ARPG events, etc.

Rules:

• This point system applies to full EQH only.
• Any rewards/rank level-ups will be confirmed on the EQHs adoption/import page.
• It is for owners to track their points and display them clearly. They will only be counted when the owner tries to redeem them.
• When points are redeemed this will be posted on the EQHs import/adoption page so it can be tracked.

Earning ARPG points

Lineage

Horses earn points for every horse in their lineage at the time of breeding based on their rank:

2 points - per Rank E parent, grand parent or great grand parent at time of birth
5 points - per Rank C or D parent, grand parent or great grand parent at time of birth
10 points - per Rank A or B parent, grand parent or great grand parent at time of birth

These points will be displayed on the foals first page.

Art

Points are earned for art created either by the owner or others of the horse.
Art Base points:

• Headshot - 1 point
• Half body - 2 points
• Full Body - 4 points
• Shading - 1 point

Art Additional Points:

• Simple background (no shading or depth) - x1.5 points (applied before other additional points)
• Complex background (shading and/or depth) - x2 points (applied before other additional points)
• Simple animation (blinking, one movement, shimmers/twinkles) - +2 points
• Complex animation (moving background, more then one motion - +5 points
• Reference sheet - +1 point per side (can only be claimed once)
• Competition Entry - +1 point
• Bridle/headcollar - +1 point
• Saddle/Driving tack - +2 points
• Human handler/rider - +2 (no shading), +3 points (shaded)
• Additional horses in image - +1 per horse (headshot), +2 per horse (partial body), +3 per horse (full body)

Pre-made or re-used lines (such Oekaki Editables)

• Deduct 50% of points from the final total

Literature:

• 100 words - 1 point
• Poems - 5 points
• Screenplay/script per 100 words - 2 points
• Personality summary - 2 points

Other:

• Sculpture Bust - 5 Points
• Sculpture Full Body - 10 Points

Competitions

EQH Official Contests:

• 1st Place - 10 points
• 2nd Place - 8 points
• 3rd Place - 6 points
• 4th Place - 4 points
• 5th Place - 2 points
• Honourable Mention: - 5 points

Other ARPG Contests:

• 1st Place - 5 points
• 2nd Place - 4 points
• 3rd Place - 3 points
• 4th Place - 2 points
• 5th Place - 1 points

EQH Rewards and Ranks

Ranks
Ranks entitle your horse to set bonuses, see the ranks below:

E - Entry Level - All EQH start at entry level. This grants 8 breeding slots and a 2% chance of a non-genetic trait when breeding
D - Beginner - Beginner level horses have a 5% chance of foals having a non-genetic feature and a 5% chance of twin foals. Beginner horses get a 2% bonus on their scores in EQH events.
C - Novice - Novice horses gain 2 extra breeding slots and have a 10% chance of non-genetic features on foals and 10% chance of twins. Novice horses get a 5% bonus on their scores in EQH events.
B - Intermediate - Intermediate level horses have a 20% chance of a non-genetic feature on foals and a 15% chance of twins. Intermediate horses get a 8% bonus on their scores in EQH events. Owners of Intermediate level horses get a 5% discount on EQH imports (this cannot be stacked).
A - Advanced - Advanced level horses gain an additional 5 have a 25% chance of a non-genetic feature on foals, 20% chance of twins and a 10% of getting an additional random gene in foals Advanced horses get a 10% bonus on their scores in EQH events. Owners of advanced level horses get a 10% discount on EQH imports (this cannot be stacked).

Rank-Up Costs:
E to D - 25 points
D to C - 50 points
C to B - 50 points
B to A - 75 points

Rewards
Rewards are one-time purchases you can make with the points you have earnt from art/breeding. Points must be from a single horse but some rewards do not have to be applied to that horse.
If a reward can be applied to any EQH it with AH in the description

Breeding Rewards:
One-time twin token - Horse has a 25% chance of twins for one breeding (added to rank reward)(AH) - 5 points
One-time non-genetic trait - Foal has a 75% chance of a non-genetic trait (AH) - 15 points
Additional breeding slot - Horse gains an additional breeding slot - 20 points
Artificial Insemination - Two horses of the same gender can breed together (one use only) (AH) - 10 points
Gene Editing - Foal will have a gene not seen in the parents (one use only) (AH) - 10 points

Other Rewards:
Eye Colour Selector - Change your horse's eye colour (one use, any colour) - 15 points
Official Image in EQH tack - 10 points (AH)
Custom Import (common traits only) - 50 points
Custom Import (common and uncommon traits only) - 60 points
Custom Import (max 2 rare traits, others common/uncommon) - 100 points
Custom Import (max 1 Extremely rare + 1 Rare trait, others common/uncommon) - 125 points

Tracking Points

It is for owner to track points. You can do this in multiple ways:

• Post on the import/adoption page - create a post you edit with links to the art with point total
• On a separate topic - If you have a post you store your characters on you can use this to track points
• On another website - You can use an external site such as ToyHouse provided I can get access without needing to log in

You can format it however you like, as long as you identify where you got your total from. It is helpful to also track the points spent.
