my friend sent me a (really late) christmas gift and my (early) birthday present. I got both of them this week and they were both super thoughtful gifts (weighted appa plush and the ohshc box set manga,,, like what the hell??)

I dont think I'll ever be 100% again, but I'm ok with where I am.

having a slumber party with my cat every night! last week, he got a crazy surgery and had all of his teeth removed. he cant eat solid food for another week so at night, we separate him from our other two cats but i didnt want him to feel alone at night (he especially hates closed doors!) so i set up an air mattress and have been sleeping with him in his quarantined room for the last week and its really been so lovely.... every night now he waits at the room for me to lock up and then cuddles up in bed and stays all night with me. he's never done that so its a huge deal to me!!!! it feels like our own little slumber party... last night, he even crawled into my arms which was even wilder since when he does sleep with me, its usually at my feet :,) he's feeling so much better after his surgery
