Hey horsy! Forst off, very excited about the RPG aspects coming in, it's one of my absolute favorite things about WMEs!

So I have a few questions that I asked in the discord but we decided to get clarification from you.

In the info center it mentions allocating 4 slots to yourself over the max for a quid before the deadline. Do we know when the deadline is?

Second question: does that mean I can take my equid who has 8 allocated slots (to users that are not myself) and add the 4 on top of that for myself, resulting in 12, or is it still the 10 cap meaning I only get 2? Or is it strictly for WMEs at or over the 10 limit?

Third and final question: would it be wrong to take a wme with 9 slots allocated, giveaway or trade the 10th, and then give myself the 4 additional all before the deadline?
If it's in bad faith, then that's totally fine! I just want to be absolutely sure of the limits and expectations of this 💙

This doesn't mean back to 10 does it...? I'm not sure if I understand this entirely clearly... my heart is sinking as I traded away and gifted all slots that means to my super special first I won.. i have 0 slots got myself not realizing the unlimited was temporary and just trying to share... I hope I'm just misunderstanding..
Now I have to reverse trades to get mine back so that I'm able to go with my plans. But I can't do anything about all the raffled. This was unexpected and I was jsut trying into celebrate with everyone...
But disappointed that I get 0 when thought was unlimited.

there is a cap now, yes - more details can be found in the info center horsy linked. if you have already surpassed your allotted cap you get 4 slots for personal use to use while you wait to earn more / your wme becomes old enough to gain more. make sure to take a look and note down anything else that may be relevant for your specific wmes - especially if they are themequids

Just went and read through the breeding updates for now. I'll need to read all other new info sometime this week.
I guess that could work out for me. Especially being we at least can get 1 per year to his age.
I was busy when checked and read the 1 post announcement here. So had me worried and bummed. I luv my white quipless baby berry much!

I'll have to read more. I have company over every or every other weekend from fri to mon. So tend to only check into things on CS here and there.

As a base yes. Equids start with 10 Slots, and gain 1 per year as they age, and is retro-active for those made before.

So an equid made in 2015 has 20 slots as of this year
An equid made in 2024 has 11 slots.

My two were made awhile ago…
So they’d probably have 20 or so slots.

Oh... wow, so, didn't think of that as I've bought/traded for a total of 9 originals + 1 from breeding long ago..
So my oldies have more then and have less slots reserved each.
Those from now on will be my traded slots while my special White Quipless boy will be limited and restricted to my use outside the promised slots.
He has a mate + over months/years, I'd like to occasionally experiment him with other mares. So +1 per year works at least ontop of the 4.
But ye guess some of my old would have up to around +8-12?

i hope this is the right thread to ask- would someone be able to color my equid(s) for me in this lineart horsy made? i fear my artistic talent is lacking when it comes to oekaki software. ^^; i'm willing to give CS pets for your time spent coloring of course!!

Question for Staff

Will there be additional shades or color descriptions added to the chestnut coat color? Or are all variations/ shades in the base coat to be labeled as just Chestnut?

Curious as right now it lists only regular and liver. Will red, sorrel, golden, honey, sandy, light and black chestnut be added as shades of chestnut available?
