Hello everyone sorry for the delay on these! Both mine and 0blivion's lives were really hectic at the start of the year and we hadn't had a chance to sit down and do much of anything let alone this work.

Hmm, it seems like this little guy is carrying a bauble with something.... particular inside. Something to preserve and protect? But the glass seems to be breaking... I thought a skull preserved in the bauble would be really cool and fun to draw, and I love characters that look a little evil/are morally complex so this sorta ended up happening! Thank you so much for the opportunity!!

Got inspired by those silly baubles with different shapes - food, animals, normal objects! Didn't want to stray too far away from the base so I went with a lollipop and that turned into this kidcore creature :3 (I think the hidden leg would be blue) Also the nose is heart shaped!! Because why not ;3

the guardian of the bauble seems ferret-like. the soft gold of their curls matches the honeyed colors of the will-o-wips inside the terrarium. their muzzle & underbelly are a snowy white. three gold freckles glimmer on their face like a disconnected constellation.
Tell me a bit about this bauble! a gentle, inquisitive lil guy who lives in enchanted woods! they often curl up on the garden swing and nap, waiting for someone to come by to chatter with them c:

As your fingers make contact with the cool surface, there is a flash of energy. Light and wind lift ground litter in a quick flurry. As the leaves resettle, a lone birdcall sounds nearby. Where you recently stood, only the grinning creature and the pathway he protects remain.
I fashioned this bauble after my favorite "color" komorebi, which in Japanese refers to the color of light filtered through tree leaves. Thanks for looking~
