dawn came quick to Diamondstar. she just wanted to keep sleeping but she had made a promise. she got up and gently nudged Leopardkit and Shadowkit. "it is time little ones." she mewed before covering her kits to keep them warm and quickly padding to Highrock. she jumped up and looked down. "Let all cats old enough to catch their prey gather here. beneath Highrock for a ceremony." she mewed loudly

Leopardkit and Shadowkit both followed Diamondstar to Highrock, hanging back a bit before they were each individually addressed. They were both excited and calculating, both wondering who their mentor's would be.

Diamondstar looked around. "today is a great day. an apprentice is ready to become warriors. Raggedpaw please come forward and accept your warrior names. From this moment on Raggedpaw you will be known as Ragged(let me know please). we also have two of our kits have come ot the age of their next lives. From this moment on until they have recieved their warrior names Leopardkit will now be known as Leopardpaw. And Shadowkit will now be known as Shadowpaw." she looked down. "Skyleaf though your apprentice passed when it was not his time. i believe that you will be a good mentor for Leopardpaw. Eagleleap your apprentice has just became a warrior but i would like you to take on Shadowpaw as an apprentice." she mewed.

Leopardkit touched noses with her leader, and she took her first step as Leopardpaw. She slightly grinned, but made sure to act serious. Leopardpaw then touched noses with her new mentor.

Shadowkit touched noses with his leader after he received his apprenticeship. He was bursting with energy, and excitement was coursing through the siblings veins. When the Clan called the apprentices by their new names, it was final, and the apprentices ventured from Highrock once the ceremony was over. Leopardpaw wanted to begin training as soon as possible, adrenaline pumping through the apprentices blood.

Diamondtar touched noses with the new apprentices. "congratulations." she mewed to them

Owlscreech went to the medicine cat's den. "Daisypaw! I need you to stay here and help Diamondstar and Cloudsong, remember what I've taught you and be careful, I'm not sure when I'll be back," he mewed.

Daisypaw nodded at Owlscreech and padded out towards the meeting when Diamondstar called. Smilling, she cheered along with the rest of the clan, flicking her tail quietly.
