General rules

1. I may decline your commission for various reasons, please do not take it personally.
2. I will only start working on your commission once the trade with the ToS message is accepted.
3. Please provide a clear reference for your character if possible.
4. You can use your finished commission as a profile picture, banner, etc. Make sure to link back to this thread if you use it on CS. (see ToS for details)
5. Do not repost, reprint or use any of my work without permission (does not apply to commissions, see ToS for details).
6. If you upload your finished commission to Toyhouse you can credit me on-site.
7. Feel free to ask me anything in this thread if you have any questions or concerns.

1 extra character = +100% full price. Prices for backgrounds are negotiable.
The price of character design depends largely on how detailed you want it to be.
The only items I accept as payment are animal eggs, URs and old items worth 0.5 MA and up. (check this list for info)
The payment can be anything from regular rares to URs, it just has to match the amount set. I'm taking demand into consideration.

e.g. 1 Non as payment = UR foal = Nontag = TD blue toxic = any 2 5MA pets = any 10 1MA pets = any 100 old rares, etc.

I use Horror's trading guide to determine the value of each pet. You can check it out if you're feeling confused or ask me in dms/in this thread.

It usually takes me 3-5 days to finish a fully rendered piece. Sketches take up to 1 day. I will give an approximate time when I see the character I need to work on.

These pictures are low quality to prevent art theft. You will receive a high quality PNG without the big watermark and AI disturbance filter as a customer. The version I am posting in this thread will look like the examples provided.

*I don't currently have any examples of drawings that include male characters and are suitable for CS, but I do draw men.

When you send me your payment I will edit the trade with the following message. Please make sure to read it before accepting.

ToS

By accepting the trade the commissioner (you) agrees to the following:
1. You cannot erase my watermark or claim my work as yours.
2. You may not modify the finished work in any way or form. (e.g. using the hue/saturation tools to change the color of a character's hair)
3. I will send you every step of your commission's WIP. You are free to request any amount of changes to it. You cannot request any changes once the work is completed and sent to you.
4. You are receiving ownership of the finished work and free to use it anywhere, including financial purposes. You are not obligated to credit me unless it is necessary. (e.g. CS site rules)
5. I still retain my rights as the creator. Any artwork I create becomes part of my portfolio and will be used on-site or off-site. I will credit you as the character owner if needed.
6. You cannot under any circumstances feed my art to AI machines.
7. The payment is final. You cannot change your mind (try to offer different pets, change C$ payment to pets or vise versa, etc.) after the trade was made.
8. In case of the deal being cancelled by any side, you will get a full refund.

I only work on one commission at a time (1st person in line), other slots will be contacted as the line moves.
Waiting list is complicated but you can only get there if I ask you myself if you want to be added. You can't get there any other way.

Other: considering your tos seems to allow financial usage, i will likely use this as a profile banner of sorts for social media! <3 on that note, please do feel free to take any artistic liberties as you'd see fit! she is excitable with an air of mischief with her, so any expressions/poses as you see fit would be neat! :3 perhaps she could be holding a shark plushie similar to her bag and clip if a pose idea is needed?? anything honestly works.
