The lion growth has a little bit of scruff but not as much as a typical "teen" lion that grows into a male:

Pet's name: Killian

Like this one for instance. (This month's growth lacks the extra chest fur)
But it still has more of a scruff than the teen that usually grows into a female:


Pet's name: Koizumi
(These are just PPS examples)

Are there any other previous examples of this occurring? Maybe it will grow into a lion that looks like this:


Where it has a bit of a mane but not a full one? This is just my speculation. I've only seen a few of these new edits on the typical "lioness" lines, where they have manes. (The first ones I remember seeing were the Pride '24 outcomes).

Sorry if this is kind of a pointless topic >.> I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this little detail.

@cryptidthefool, if you're referring to the black patch on top of the head, I just see it as the marking not necessarily a patch of hair like the males have.

It kind of blends into the lion, but it looks like a patch of hair to me. Not a full mane, but a patch of hair. Here is another example:


It looks like a similar line edit to the pride outcomes. ^^

Edit: Oh, you mean the teen lion. Yeah, it could be a stripe I guess. It just first occurred to me that it was a patch of hair. I guess we'll see. ^^
